For the door speakers I just used some needle nose pliers to break the arms connecting the original speakers and my new ones fit perfectly after screwing into the plastic
just checked and on my civic lx, I dont have any tweeters lol, but i have aftermarket alpine ones but I dont know where to wire them in because they werent pre existing
If you don’t have oem tweeters then just get aftermarket tweeters. Oem tweeters are made for preexisting wires. That’s why they are plug and play. Aftermarket ones are better than OEM

Would the sub fit in the coupe if you know there the same size I believe
I believe it will. Search in the parts catalog for both coupe and sedan to check part number

No issues when I had the car.
