I've known about butyrate for a long time but never supplemented with it. That being said, you lost me at fermentable. Having a histamine intolerance makes every fermented and fermentable food a nightmare. Most of the time feel there's no hope for me and my bones because everything I take for my bones or my intestinal Health backfires and causes me more problems of every kind you can think of! There is extremely little butyrate in butter. Totally negligible. Butyrate at useful levels is made in the gut wheb you eat fermentable fiber.
