My youngest hears the stuff I listen to quite a bit. I started on walking videos, then weighted walking videos, and then found HalfofCarla and started watching BodySlims related content. Eventually she was like Mom, BodySlims sounds like food therapy. She has watched me struggle with anything from being able to cook a meal due to dizzy spells to breaking out in hives no matter what I ate to not enjoying food at all because it was so monotonous and of course she has witnessed the years of weight gain over the course of her entire life, and I do hope it hasn't screwed my kids up to much, but when she said it sounds like food therapy it was like this little nudge saying she thought it would be a good idea. Paid for the fall session a couple days ago. Have slowly been working through my fears I won't be able do various aspects of the program for awhile. Oh, and one of the major things histamine intolerance taught me was that "healthy" food is often not healthy for me.
The measurements make loads of sense. I'm not there yet, but definitely agree with the reasoning for only weighing once a week. Having watched so many videos on body slims and walking for weight loss, the focus seems to be making it positive and turning it from something that hurts to I can do hard things and I love accomplishing those things.
Rofl, the flowers is not anything you are doing wrong. There are different varieties of petunias, some are mounding, some are trailing. Those are mounding, so to put them in a hanging basket that is covered all directions I think you would have to do the wire with cocomat kind and plant some upside down. Not sure why they did hanging pots with those, but maybe they grabbed the wrong flat, maybe they were marked wrong, or maybe they just didn't know.
Great job on the 40lbs down! 😊😊

Thank you so much. Literally no one has told me that and I've asked at least 5 people
