Mass Effect 2 - Shepard gets slapped by an asari - Hidden dialogue and squadmate comments

This video contains dialogue that would only be triggered by not intimidating Shepard's #1 Fan, Conrad Verner, in the first game. However, due to a bug, no matter how you dealt with Conrad's attention in ME1, the save file you import to ME2 will always say that you Intimidated him. This makes the following dialogue impossible to trigger in the game without using a save editor.

Is this only in Legendary? IIRC in the original version there was a bug so that no matter what Shep does to Conrad in ME1, he always says that you threatened him in ME2

This is no doubt modded pc (not sure if og or legendary), the bug persists in LE.

if you have a save editor you can fix it, but yeah the bug is still in Legendary

The community patch mod for mass effect 2 fixes the conrad bug. And IIRC the community patch for 3 I believe removes his dialogue apologising for "falsely accusing" shepherd.

You could either get a patch or save edit your ME1 save, so the ME1 flags were correct.
