Im 61 and take 5 mg daily. I am a diabetic, have no Vascular or cardiovascular issues. Am i lucky? Maybe but do keep myself in great shaoe and eat well. Also my wife loves it too. I am 11 years older than her. Either I keep her happy or someone else will. So thank God for this medication.
Doctor told me at least 45 minutes before effects. However, takes more than an hour for me, but lasts for at least 24 hours. Some stuffy nose and flushing during first few hours.

Mg Tadalafil tab today also with Angispan TR 6.5 mg and ecospin gold 10 mg. Is it Ok

In my case … lasts up to 4-5 days , sometimes longer . Viagra just a few hrs
It takes 1 to 2 hours to work for me. It won't work when I drink.
I take a mild antihistamine, which helps with the sniffly nose symptoms.
