I've been taking 5mg of Tadalafil daily for BPH, in the morning, and find that it doesn't help much with nocturia. Would it be better to take it before bed, so it would have a higher blood level at night?
I take 5mg per day for enlarged prostate symptoms. ( I often got up 2 or sometimes more times a night to go to the bathroom, but after taking the 5MG per day, I often sleep the entire night) Don't know if it also works for ED in that capacity.

I have a question . I am gonna start with 5mg dose . When you start taking it, do you have to wait a few days for having the results? If it’s that the case what can you do for having the results since the first day of starting the treatment?
The on demand ciallis lasts also quite longer (36 h) in comparison to sildenafil (4-6 h)

Take small dosages for life extension. Forget what it's marketed for. Think outside the box.

Have one more question, want to take Tafalafil KRK for the first time tomorrow. Been taking minoxidil topical for a year, blood pressure normal for male 31 year old (120/75). Now my question: Is it not advisable to take Tadalafil in this case? Thanks in advance!
Hi, cannot give specific medical advice over the internet so take everything said as general advice only, minoxidil technically can lower blood pressure a little bit but in general would not be a contraindication to taking Tadalafil

Thank you Dr. Kidd for this! I'm currently taking 5 mg Cialis daily but I'm concerned that dialy dosing will at some point lead to the medication no longer working (drug ineffectiveness). Is there any data showing that the risk of drug ineffectiveness is higher with a constant exposure to 5 mg when compared to on-demand treatment with 20 mg? How long does Cialis usually work in patients until it begins to fail?
Not aware of any data on this comparison. Have many patients that 5mg for a long time with minimal issues.

When you see that cialis in not working anymore, start running in the morning for 20 mins for 10 days, and you'll see the results like day 1.
if you are taking 5mg per day in the morning would it be ok to take another 5mg of Cialis on demand before sex?
taking 5mg on demand is more than enough
It sucks the life out of me when I do regular 5mg dose.
Daily U.S. can cause reflux due to loss of swallowing modality. It happened to me and took 5 doctors to figure out it was the daily dose. Just a quick warning of an additional issue that can arise.
Cialis does the job, but I could only take it 1 time and threw out the rest. I had the most monstrous HEADACHE of my entire life from just taking sliver of it and it lasted for at least 2 days. NEVER AGAIN.
It's a known side effect, you were one of the few % that affects it. i.e. Nothing new.

That might have been a one-time headache you should try it again break the pill in half and see what happens I had the same issue with cholesterol medication but after constantly taking it they eventually disappeared how I stop the headaches was I broke the pill into threes and build up little by little

I heard that cialis can cause blindness or is harmful for eye. is it. right ?
There are rare cases of a condition called non arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy that could cause blindness
@@drkiddMD Would even a single use (with 2.5 mg tadafil) be dangerous? I went to the ophthalmologist a few years ago and everything was fine.

If you are doctor,why you ask that question,witch one better, but my question,why Cialis more expensive than Viagra, ?? If you say no different between both tablets. I need to make sure what's a different ,(1) just wakeup the Pinus or what, (2) Cialis make big and strong for how long , I need you to say clear the different.

Yes breaking a 20mg tablet in half is equal to 10mg. There is a once a day 5mg option to allows for spontaneity

Yes , it actually makes your hair thicker n darker . I'm saying from my personal experience. When combined with minoxidil, results are faster but definitely helps hair growth n regrowth

The once a day dosing for erectile dysfunction is usually between 2.5mg - 5.0mg

I use 5mg a day it’s 😎…. Gym pumps , great erections, feel good mood wise , increased aerobic capacity imho , I piss less at night… overall great stuff .. 40 year old natty and I feel good and I think my stomach looks flatter placebo not 👍

@@hashhash198 I’d say at least 7 days but I felt it on day 3 and even after the first dose alittle bit, it just take a few days to build up and be at a steady amount in your body
