Did you not hear the part where the defendant actually contacted the owner and the owner said they'll pick it up but never did? at that point it's considered ABANDONED PROPERTY so she had the right to do whatever she pleased with the dog. There's no point in surrendering to ASPCA since she already made contact with the owner.
@@aloysiuspendergast7221 Yeah, according to the Defendant she made contact but she has no proof she did. Anyone can say "Oh yeah, I totally called them" doesn't mean it's true.
@aloysiuspendergast7221 the issue with this is that it is very much a civil case not backed by state and federal laws. When taken to a shelter, the owner has 5 days legally (with everyday being contacted) before it legally defaults to the property of the rescue or shelter. The owner still has time before adoption to redeem. But once its legally adopted its a done deal. This doesn't happen when an individual without such backing keeps a dog like that.
@CleetjeLovesHusky funny, because JJ believes the defendant when she says all this...hence why she only awards the plaintiff what she paid for the dog instead of the full 5000 she wants 🙄

Y’all do realize agoraphobia is different for everyone.
Y'all 🤣🤣🤣
Ion know who a$$ she finna tag but she getting it cause she LIVES for dog cases 🙄
There is no such thing as certification for service dogs or emotional support dogs!
The security guard be annoying me how nosey he is and how slow he moves lol she need Doyle from judge Mathis lol 😂
She says she has a condition that makes her HOMEBOUND but is able to go film for judge Judy? PLEASE
She may have taken medication to be there. And she brought her mom. I cant leave my house if the wind blows even a bit, otherwise Im fine. I have Anxiety/Depression Disorder.
My friend can’t even leave her house without her husband. I know someone who literally can’t go to the bathroom without her man. She literally will hold it until they get to a location where she can go. It just depends on who it is. One person I know can’t even leave the house at ALL. Literally can’t leave.
Hum this is tough story
As someone who is agoraphobic, if I cross a big street I freak out and freeze in the middle of the street. I don’t get y u would need a small dog. If I had a service dog, they would need to be big enough to help me across the street. So that I won’t get hit by a car. And even my doctor who treats it, says I don’t need one. He was absolutely correct when I take my meds regularly.
I feel like I seen this months ago
You're not agoraphobic if you're in court. Social anxiety maybe
lying plaintiff. no such thing as "emotional support". get a teddy bear.
Wrong, there IS such a thing as emotional support animals.
So you buy a puppy mill dog to train it yourself to be a support dog?? usually organizations supply these dogs already trained because it is very difficult.
Wrong. No organization provides emotional support animals and emotional support animals are not allowed.
Agoraphobic but goes on national television… hmm 🤔
so annoying. These darn chip companies use different scanners so you can only see chips from their company. If animal control has the wrong scanner, bye bye pet!
Agrophobic but goes on a national tv show…I can’t leave home without a support dog.
Wow ! She found a dog and sold it :/ Nobody forced her to go to the vet and have these shots done. Maybe I would have left the dog at the animal shelter, wait for a few weeks to have him picked up by the owner and adopt him at the last result. The animal shelter would have contacted the owner, and not having him picked up would have been a proof of abandonment. All of this would have been on paper. At least, I would have tried that.
Someone with agoraphobia can barely go in public never mind travel to be on tv! 🙄🙄
Just started and im wondering why the plaintiff is not summarizing her unnecessary long explanation. Get on with it already!
As someone with a real ESA... These people make me sick. There is NO certificate for an ESA. You need to see a REAL doctor and have them give you one. also i have a french/english bulldog mix that looks just like that dog. Mines a little more grey
