Been doing bodywork for over 30yrs, hate being on the knees, love the fact you've got a lift to save your back. Lol. If you want to save your carpal tunnel from the vibration of your air tools. Get a manual board, put some 36 grit on it, and carv that bondo when it's soft. When it starts to set up, and you can just barely sink your thumb in it, start carving. It'll shave down so fast, you'll be done sanding in less then 5 minutes. Once done let it set up all the way, and all you'll need at that point is a skim coat to cover your 36grit scratches. Been doing it for years, it's what brings home the bacon

Good to see Moms Spaghetti out again. I like that ol truck. The Mustang 2 is definitely coming together. I wasn't sure you was gonna put that much into the body. But its gonna be cool. Happy New Year
18:14 This sounds like a roll axis problem. If the roll axis isn't flat the axle will twist some as the body rolls (roll steer) and this will induce some under or over steer. For the rear axle this is why a negative roll axis (angle tilted down towards the center of the vehicle from the rear) is more stable/predictable (induces understeer). As you turn, the axle twists slightly to counter the turn (crab walking), so the actual amount of steering the truck experiences is less than the steering input - that is understeer. If the angle was positive (sloped up to the right in the side view) then roll reaction to the steering input would cause the vehicles to oversteer, or steer more than the steering wheel input would imply, and it would only happen after the vehicle has rolled so it would be delayed relative to steering input. As it rolls you would need to reduce the steering input slightly if the axle tended to oversteer. For the front, I think the same understeer inducing roll axis angle would again be pointed down towards the center of the vehicle. This would make the angle positive in the side view. The four link calculators mostly show a negative angle value as inducing understeer in both the front and rear axles, but I don't think that is correct. www.pirate4x4.com/threads/roll-axis-angle-question-front-vs-rear-3-link.1997418/post-45038024

I dig the Mustang II but it would be GREAT to see you get the Mercury on the road.
