- I thought I was close in the last video.. NOPE! There was still a ton of work to be done. Lots of reengineering, Fabrication, Mig welding, Tig welding, and hose routing. This has been a much larger project than I anticipated, but it is coming together really well and should perform even better.
Ford Super Duty F-250 gets full steering upgrade. Not the typical off the shelf parts though. This is a combination of Barnes 4wd , PSC steering components, Ruffstuff Specialties, and custom one-off fabricated parts.

Even if it’s not an actual pocket tee just having a small art or logo on the front where the pocket goes and the big stuff on the back makes a cool shirt. So many cool gear head shirts are too obnoxious on the front. Like you got them in the kids section at wal mart.

I'm in the UK and would definitely like to buy some merch. Your videos motivates me to go work on my junk. When welding aluminium try using a smaller cup. Too much gas can make the weld puddle unstable and you don't need the wide gas coverage. Keep up the good work.

Not surprised re: Derek. I know Puddin’s Fab does his own fulfillment using his family with printing with a local company in OKC. Fully back you breaking into that. Super revenue stream, but you definitely want to outsource fulfillment so you can keep creating content. Love your channel, Dave, and I’m not an off-roader.

Merch would be dope, but I think a fulfillment center would be a LOT easier than trying to do it yourself. There's a lot of work there. Would like to see at least Tall sizes as well, I'm a big fatty and I can't merch because nobody has 2XL_T_ so I can keep my belly covered.

It's funny, that truck is about as old as my 78 K10 was in HS, but it sure doesn't seem it compared to the difference in trucks from 78 to the late 90s, vs the 00s to now. lol Nice work!

I like the straight tie rod all the way across. Seems like the factory one with the clearance curves leaves a fair bit of weight hanging off the front, bouncing around, and shortening the life of your tie rod ends.
Some offset heims might help create a little more space for that ram, but tight tolerances work! 😎
That could be a good option, but I don’t like how they flop, same as a bent tie rod

Excellent description of the weave reinforcement inside those hoses and why it won't allow the hose to pull off the barb. I love watching your stuff, Dave.

Wow fantastic work! Really amazing seeing all that work stacked together on the passenger side. Wishin you wouldn't be so hard on yourself and pushing so hard. You toying with huge concepts in your head, balancing family time, and trying to get that work done on the truck. Pretty sure that is why people get agents. Sure you dealt with them a good bit with your higher production set ups, there is a lot to know and do. Seems like you have done enough growth quick enough it might be time, don't see why this couldn't have numbers like any of the automotive channels.
More money mo problems as they say though.

Truth be told my garage is more of a workshop than a garage. It's too narrow to comfortably use as a garage.
Hey Dave not sure if you’ve seen it before but you can use a hard plastic spiral wrap for your lines on moms spaghetti its used a lot on heavy equipment.
