A lot of love from me ☺️ On my periods , especially on my 2nd and 3rd day , I don't even tends to move myself to do anything , BUT during this yoga practice I found ease in moving myself , my body felt very much relaxed and the whole body released it's cramps .Now I can encourage myself to do my works frequently on my periods. Thanks to you so much ❤️
It's a perfect yoga session to do on periods. I have always kept myself off yoga in the excuse of periods as I never knew some of the asanas you can still do even in periods. Bharti it would be great if you can do a new video for periods. Thank you.

thanks a lot for this practise, I really enjoyed it. However, I find that your background music is a tad too loud, so that at times I had difficulties understanding you. Nevertheless, great video 👍
Hi Eesha, if you do not have any cramps you can go ahead but I generally suggest taking test for the first 3 days and then starting the practice again :)
