    I love your videos but as a Finn, it is kinda sad people only seem to come here during winter. Because summer in Finland is magical. I know winter is all about tourists but summer is where things really start to get real 😂

      Yeah, the sun doesnt even go under the horizon for months. Would be great to see an outsiders perspective on Juhannus festivals as well

      Agree that summer is at least as amazing as winter in lapland but for people coming from warmer climates with no snow the winter just makes more sense if you can only choose one

    Fun fact about reindeer and their pee. Poronkusema "reindeer's comfort break" is an old finnish traditional measure of travel. The distance was determined by the distance draught reindeer could travel between their pee breaks. The distance was approximately 7,5 kilometers.

Everyone there so nice 🥰 lol on chad in round 4 of sled ride. Nice and smooth👍🏻. I was laughing when the 2 sweet boys caught fish and you guys didn’t have any luck. 🤣
    That was cool you get to make your own hole in the lake to fish. Never seen such small fishing poles. Loved all the videos there while you were in lapland. Thank you both for making awesome videos Have an amazing trip and can’t wait to see where your going next ❤️❌⭕️

      Lapland is pretty amazing at summer as the sun doesn't set below the horizontal line for a couple of months. Also the autumn colors in there are magical.

    • @Sumpula
      @Sumpula 2 роки тому +2

      Actually the fishing poles are only to hold the line and to do that twitchy motion to attract the fish. If a fish bites you pull it up by the line with your hands. 🤙

      If you visit Lapland in March or early April there's more snow and days are longer so you can actually see your surroundings better. Often the weather is sunny and not cloudy like in December or January. In my opinion the best time if you want to drive snowmobile or ski. During summer it's quite different, then husky rides and some other snow activities are not available.

    Your fishing style is looking weird, you shouldn't be constantly lifting and lowering the rod. The fish won't have time to take a bite. Only once in a while is better way to do it, and with a faster motion.

  • @samil5601

    How on earth has this become a tourist activity is beyond me. Fishing is the most boring thing to do and ice fishing is even worse.
    Sure, very different thing on the Amazon as they have much more fish of all kinds. Finnish waters are not quite that interesting, I'm afraid.
