Hello, I do have a question about FRC training dives. in normal dives, with packing, I take my mouthfill at 20m, and I keep doing consuctive top-ups untill 27 meters (few meters before my RV). in FRC am not sure when i reach my RV, so am not sure when shall stop doing Top-ups and when shall I do my mouth fill. my guess will be at 5m mouthfill and stop Top-ups at 10. any input will be much apreciateted.

Do all your charges on the surface with FRC. If you can charge deeper than that, you are likely not diving on FRC
