I love your channel Harry! I am one of those people who got into it and achieved a lot of depth early and burned through my courses but since then began to feel anxiety and discomfort even at shallower depths. It is most frustrating to feel like some depth should be easy and then finding it not easy.... thanks for all the advice and stories you share.

Nice video mate. I'd add that the environment also is a source of stress. Rough conditions, bad equipment, unreliable buddies... any of these can equally remove relaxation. Even more, since they're external factors over which you don't have control.

Very true, I wouldn't say that these things are entirely out of your control, you can choose your equipment, buddy's and cancel dive sessions or accept bad conditions without judgement.
      All take strength of mind.

Thanks, my channel has never been about big numbers, that's why my videos are so specific. I'll leave the "how to" videos to the other guys. All the best and thanks for watching :)

@@freedivepassion9498 No problem man. That's exactly the reason I wish more people would stumble upon your channel because it goes so much deeper ( pun not intended). A lot of the time you show your viewers how to figure things out themselves instead of telling them what to do! By the way, just out of curiosity, where is your accent from? I can never tell for certain😂

Thanks mate, I was raised in Liverpool England, but spent the last 14 years moving around the world, so my accent had a base of Liverpool (scouse) and a touch of everything haha

Thanks Richard. I think anyone can freedive, it is just a question about being realistic with expectations.
