Hey Sergey, thanks for all the vids. Im watching all of your dynamics vids as I have started training this. Much appreciated

Great video. Nice job! The varying exhale volume (and resulting varying depth) is an important point that is usually missed.

I agree, it can be a big difference with slightly bigger/smaller exhale

    Thanks for the video!
Could you please answer to the question: what happens if you blackout during FRC dive.
Can you inhale water without bubbles?
Are your usual hypoxic symptoms different from usual dives?

BO on exhale dives indeed more dangerous. This is why a freediver should be much more careful with the progression. Though it's unlikely that the freediver will inhale water (laringospasm still takes place)

How do you avoid the risk of a lung squeeze? Is there a way to reduce your chances or train your lungs or are some people just not built to go to certain depths?

In my opinion, slower your progression less chances of squeeze or black out.

How do you feel about air restrictor devices to strengthen the diaphragm?

I am not sure if it is important for a free diver to strengthen the diaphragm

I wouldn't even dare to freedive with full lungs, let alone on FRC... You can't stay under that long in FRC... This is not for beginners, right? How deep do you have to be able to dive on full lungs before you can even start thinking of training depth on FRC? I wouldn't even make it to 5m with full lungs, so...

FRC is not for beginner ua-cam.com/video/o7yXHEZJq9c/v-deo.html I can do 26m comfortably on full lungs but this FRC I can only do in 10-15. FRC is comparable to a 30m dive from only a 10m actual dive because you can't even barely equalize your ear and mask.

@@arielcercado2864 when you cant do 40++ dives and learn proper mouthfill techniques, you dont need to do FRC dives. First learn to dive depths bellow your residual lung volume, then you can do FRC dives as an advanced training. Without that there is absolutely no reason to do exhale diving.

FRC sure is a technique for experienced Freedivers. If you are a beginner stick for full lungs freediving for a while :)
