I will try this advice. My wife says she doesn't have the same feelings towards me and feels pushed away. I've been making changes and she lets me come around and hugs me but she has her guard up and says she thinks once she moves back in with me it be like the same old life she had. I dont want that for her. I mentioned to you in a different comment from a different video that she wants to move on, get a job and have a different life. We have 7 kids but I did everything I could. I'm running out of things to do and show her. I understand she wants me to help her with kids and now I'm doing that, we have no trust im working on that too.. but I feel I can't show her if she doesn't want to move back in. She says she likes the niceness that I'm doing now it's when she comes back she's scared of. Trust me I'm at my lowest. I need someone to talk too. I think I'm depressed. I've lost 20 pounds, I don't have an appetite, I feel cold a lot and I just wanna sleep so I won't feel scared that she's not coming back. 😔

@@J-R2D2 Thanks for asking, things are much better now. Wife just moved back in on Friday Dec 31st and everything is great up until now. I got upset but kept to myself and she said I'm leaving. I feel I can't get upset or anything other than being happy and smiling without her wanting to leave or actually leaving. I know I shouldn't be with someone like this but I guess it's just something I out myself through just to be a"happy family" 🥺😔 we have 7 kids and I dont wanna be without them so I guess I just sacrifice my happiness for them. We dont argue so kids don't see arguing.

@Dauntless1143 The architect I'm doing good. Things are okay, we're still together. She says she's happier than before its just when we disagree on something or if I get upset about something she'll wanna leave. Smh 🤦 aint right but to her it is. I would say that The Lord brought us back together. He gave me another chance and He is working on us both in changing our hearts. What looks impossible im living proof that with Jesus anything is possible! Thank you for asking how I am. I hope all is well with you. 🙂

I'm torn. I made a horrible mistake and married a cluster b nightmare who's got control and anger issues 20 years ago. Now separated, and staring at potentially paying her alimony for the rest of my life. She's open to rekindling, but actually believes that I'm the one who needs to change and prove myself to her. It's untenable. I have no clue how to salvage or if it's even possible. She's living in a world where everyone close to her has issues except her.

Yea I can understand my wife isn't like completely like that at least no openly. When we started marriage counseling the counselor gave us a few emails on how we could change and she was like I skimmed over it and this doesn't apply to me so I didn't do it. Uhm yea I messes up by being distant but so have you and you won't touch me or do anything I haven't felt loved or cared for in years but I'm the issue.

Geoffrey please help analyse my situation.
My partner I have a child with left about one and half years ago and from my observations she has been in about five different relationships so far. I started practicing the frameworks immediately after she left and I am happy I have stuck to it especially doing everything from a completely untethered state.
We talk sometimes and I feel that she has some hot and cold moments. I also feel from my observations that I am at a stage of the paradox of change.
I recently saw her post on social media about how important it is to find someone who can provide a stable relationship and build a life with and not just be with people for casual reasons and who don’t value you. I feel like she has been going through a lot in that area of her life and I have completely been focused on being untethered to what the future holds.
Any thoughts on this situation and how to manage any blind spots

Inspired a lot by most videos. One question: are all your partner’s decisions and reactions justifiable whereas you seem to have all the issues that somehow led to such decisions and reactions of your partner? Can we move on or continue to live with such a view of ourselves and our partner?

Not only are the four stages of persuasion something that will take time, it should never stop becoming the way that you treat your wife. It has to become who you are with anyone.

Hi Geoffrey. I just want to ask how to deal with communication if my ex is currently in a new relationship? I'm confused if it is still right to talk to her right now. I've made it clear before that I will better myself and I'm just be around waiting for her as I still love her and that she even gave me a hint that she still loves me.
You mentioned that no contact rule will not help as we need to build that safety that was ruined. Thus I ask her if we can still talk, luckily she agrees but on the condition that she will be the only one to initiate the call (we were LDR). We are still connected in all soc meds and I literally can see how they are going as a couple. It breaks my heart but its the harsh truth that I need to endure in order for me to understand her better as she is still stonewalling me and that I accept the fact that for her to open up will really takes time. That maybe i should know her activities to prepare my bulletproof vest. Is my action right or should I let go of checking her out thru soc med and just trust that she will call anytime she wants? Thank you.

Nice to meet you! And your point about not climbing all those stages in a few conversations really hit home. Building trust is a process that takes time is great advice. For most of my life I’ve been neurotic and impatient and since our separation I’ve finally be able to re-evaluate whom I really am and make changes.
I’ve watched many of your videos and appreciated out perspective bc without good advice we just end up in a car crash of our own instincts and emotions.

Interesting perspective. We actually had to increase our prices recently, and even then, we are only able to have room for less than 10% of people who apply. So we are planning to continue increasing our prices in the future.
And even with the new pricing, our clients are saying that it is a major steal and we are actually getting extra “donations” from our clients.
All I can say is that - we have worked hard to become the best in the business at this, by miles!
So let us know when you are ready to play in the big leagues to optimize your one and only life, and the most important aspect of your life, your relationships!
After all - even $4,000 is the price of a beat up old car. If learning the skills to live your best life and relationship is not worth that, I think we are operating under very different priorities and perspectives of what is important, or you have gravely underestimated how high we can actually take you.
