BCH Repair Order: Fix Epson Error 000031 for WF-7720

Update for the repair order. The printer is stuck on the left side of the printer, squeaks, and throws error 000031. We fixed the 000031 error but the printer has a 031006 error which is a burnt printhead and FFC Cable. We need to know if further repair is needed.

My WF 7820 printer is saying paper jam but on the left side of it will not open and I can't get to changing my ink and also it will not go to the home screen need help losing customer's bout ready to throw it out.
