She is correct it is a timing issue there is a actuator that gets in the way when the printhead starts to move back to the right what I did was put some tape to block it from getting in the way and it worked 💪
@erictournier5456 look to the left hand corner where you will see that small white lever come up if you take a piece of tape and block where the lever comes up you won't get that error make sure it's not in the way of the printhead when passing because the printhead will get stuck
Mine has been making that noise and I just brought my printer less then 6 months ago maybe. I’m sad and want it fixed. I can’t get mine to work still but thanks for the video
Error 000031 is the ink pad life as run out.. epson or other companies do this so you have to buy parts but now you can get software to reset the counter 🙂
@@klutchkreationz I saw your video about adding the tape on the paper but I’m getting the error as I turn the printer on and the print head starts moving. Once it gets mid way, it stops and then the error message come on.
That could be a bad head. Normally 00025 will clear itself with a good cleaning make sure there is no debris around the print head. If it keeps on contact Epson for a replacement of course you use their ink
You just saved my life. 😆 thank you so much for this information.
