A sheet of paper was stuck inside and I wasn't able to detect it.
Thanks to your video I opened the rear of the printer and found the sheet.

Sir ang problem po nung akin is nung una di nakain ang paper, kahit bond paper lang gamit ko, tas sinunod ko yang instructions nyo kinain ulit ang paper then ngayon naman nag piprint ako hindi naman ulit nagana, bumabalik pa rin yang code na yan sa una

Fixed! The transparent wheel came loose and fell off, causing the gear to not spin. When I press it back into place, the printer works fine. I'll need to apply glue to ensure it stays in place and spins with the gear.

What if the roller is not free moving and there is no paper jammed ?
Check the flex cable ,motor and feeder

Hello,
I just bought this Epson L6170 printer with ADF capability.
Does anyone know how to configure such that it is able to scan and print "2 double-sided" A4 documents, with the pages in order?
The documents I have are double-sided.
The issue I am facing is that when it scans, it only scans 1 page of each document. Then, it will combine those 2 documents into 1 front and back document.
Instead, I need it to scan both sides of each document and print both sides of each document.
How do I do this?
