Yoga With Adriene Hi! Have you ever tried - Venfac Ultimate Diet Plan (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin got great performance with it.
After two years of doing yoga with Adriene almost every day, I managed to do crow pose today!! I am so happy! I had been feeling disappointed as my progress seems to be slow, and today it hasn't been a very good day for me, and this was a reminder to keep working and keep trying. Thank you Adriene, you have changed my life💓
This is going to sound really crazy but, for the first time since starting to practice yoga everyday for a year with adriene, I put my hands on the mat and I could feel that I was supporting myself correctly. All the wrist warm-ups and everything that Adriene has been recommending to do, has worked. I never thought it would feel so good to feel so supported by my own hands.
Adriene, I was really struggling today. I was struggling with my routine, with motivation, and dealing with some personal issues as well. I didn't want to do this, it was difficult, I cried partway through (not due to the yoga, haha!), and I had to take a few breaks, but I MADE IT. I did this and I'm so glad I did. Thank you.
That felt sooo good! At the beginning I was a little bit scared of this intense practice, not feeling very energized. But I was smiling the whole time😍 Thank you so much for this happy and healthy flow !
I really believe in signs. I was feeling unmotivated in my weight loss and in life really. I decided to start yoga again on 22nd of June 2020 and the yoga video for today is this! A weight loss yoga video! Literally jusr what I needed
HI Adriene, so Happy to see you back and well. I started your yoga program on March 1st and I have lost 40 lbs and I feel Awesome. I am 50 years old and I feel better than I have in years. My Husband is loving it. Just finished your latest video and I am happy to say I could almost keep up with you. Thank You . I am so Happy to have found you.
I started with the 30 days of yoga challenge mid September on the recommendation of my friend who had started a month or 2 before. I tried the couch potato video that night and the following day started the 30 day challenge. I find myself sometimes doing yoga happily at 9 pm after a busy day at work and actually choosing yoga over Netflix. I can't believe the difference this has made to my life. After just a few weeks I found myself calmer, happier and better able to deal with everyday stresses. My backache has almost disappeared. I did the 30 day challenge twice and now I'm trying out some of the other videos. Today was the first time I did one from the weight loss series "hips and hammies"- another one for my faves now. I am really looking forward to the new 30 days yoga camp starting in January. I want to thank you Adriene for sharing your gift. You are doing an amazing thing here that so many of us benefit from. Cheers to a great new year😊
This has been a challenging month on so many levels and this courage calendar has been very tough. If nothing else it does take my mind off the events taking place here in the USA and throughout the world. Sticking with this month’s calendar has been a challenge on its own but I am trying to be courageous. Love and respect to you Adriene and the yoga community. Namaste
I love it that even for weight loss yoga sessions, Adriene takes us through each move slowly, so we can really feel the effect of it, and check how the body feels with each move. Thank you Adriene! :D
Another full workout for this senior yogi, Day 22 of Courage is a real strength builder for me. I need this to see me through my days. The breath really helped by catching your waves Adriene. Another long one tomorrow, must get up early ! 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞
Hi Adrienne, I was diagnosed in May with stage 4 lung cancer. I have had radiation treatments and luckily on a targeted therapy treatment. I was struggling with anxiety and wanted something relaxing. I googled videos for anxiety and up you popped. I probably started working out with your videos in June. Since then I have tried different ones over the past 6 months. When I felt I had graduated from one, I would try another. Today I tried this one and it was awesome like all of the videos I have worked out with. I didn't know you had voice surgery. One of the reasons why I love your videos is because of your beautiful and calming voice. I have shared this video with half a dozen of my friends now. The workouts help set up my mind and my body for the rest of the day. Thanks so much for your videos. Have a blessed day.
At first i wasnt feeling like doing the practice at all, but then i told myself "this practice is for me! and its gonna make my body happy" then i got up and changed my clothes and decided to show up. Now i did it and feel so great. Thanks to you Adriene because you always make it easier for me. Love you so much💜💜
Day 30 of Power, we’re almost done. This practice is a real workout for this senior yogi but I kept up and I made it. Wrists suffer a little in downward dog but breathing deep helps and remembering to position my hands as you said Adriene helps too. Humble Warrior was great and my favourite core at the end , loved that too. see you tomorrow for our last day of July 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞
I came to the mat in a serious funk today but decided to "do the work" and I'M SO GLAD I DID! I was able to get deeper into poses and left feeling so much better. Adriene, I'm forever grateful for you! Every time I finish a yoga session with you, I leave the mat in a better state. Thank you love!
“I’ll see you back her next time,” was such a powerful line to bear said today. I got really emotional when you said that @yogawithadriene because it was an indication that I could trust you to always be here close by when I’m in need of a lil support. I’m not sure if anyone else felt this way, nut I’m glad I did ❤️ I’m grateful thank you 😊
I am overjoyed i did the crow pose today! Even just for a short time i am really happy with the progress I am making in the past couple of months doing yoga not just in physical aspects but especially mental and emotional as well 🙏🏽
Dear Adriene, I have been with you for 2 years now and each time after yoga practice I feel so grateful. Today I got so much from this video in my busy busy busy week, that I just wanted to share this with you. Greetings from rainy Bulgaria! K.
“Be where you are now.” ☺️💗✨ After this practice, I tried to do a crow pose and even though I haven’t been practicing it on a regular basis I was surprised when I lifted up both feet off the ground for like 1 or 2 seconds 😍 Small achievement but a great foundation to make every yoga practice a healthy and fun journey! 🤩 Thank you so much Adriene and namaste 🙏🏻✨
Feeling like a rockstar! There’s just something about open hips and a strong core feeling at the end of practice! I’m gonna superhero pose for a second cause I feel strong, healthy and energetic! Thanks Adriene! See you tomorrow!!
I have been practicing your weight loss series for about a week. I have only lost 1.5 lbs but my clothes are already feeling looser. I think it is the muscle I am building that is shifting things around. I really do not need to lose much weight but I do want to tone up and this is doing it. I practice with you daily anyway but this series is really making me focus more on my core. Thank you! Namaste!
Love this practice ❤️ Even when I think I can't do something Adriene makes me feel like I can do anything!! Thank you yet again for having all our backs ☺️
I missed the last 3 practices and this is the first one I skipped cause I had the flu really bad so I taught id catch up starting with this practice , man was I in for a surprise cause my flu left me really weak in the body and midway through the practice I almost blacked out no joke but I took a break had something to eat and then finished it. I did feel a lot more clear after this practice so thank you Adriene for a wonderful practice , I did meet my appropriate edge today, hope everyone did as well , Namaste Everyone 🙏💞
Well, dang. Today is the day I finally did a yogi squat with my heels on the ground. I've heavy squatted to parallel and done mobility exercises for a long time, but getting my butt down with my heels planted was always juuuuuust out of reach. I've been following these videos for about four months and have seen small improvements, but this is far beyond what I expected to be able to do. It's AMAZING. Thank you, Adriene.
Adriene, I've been doing some of your yoga practices on and off for the last couple months and today was my first day actually getting a crow posture down!!! Felt amazing and had to share.
Loved this flow: not too difficult, but not too easy either. And I’ve also discovered today that, after 4 months of yoga almost everyday, I can do some of the things that were kinda impossible for me before. Hooray!
When Adriene said that one day our heels will definitely come to the mat in downward-facing dog, I felt so happy, because today is this day for me! Crow pose is still a work in progress though 😅
I've been doing yoga with Adriene for a while (inconsistently tho), my teacher recommended it and let me tell you I've never been more thankful to a teacher before! Yoga was the epitome of boredom for me but since I've started to follow Adriene it's the definition of comfort and happiness, the fact that I have to modify some, not being able to do some entirely doesn't make me feel bad and insecure but makes me want to try and do it over time and not obsessing over it because she's so damn supportive and telling me it''s okay. Thankyou so much Adriene! ♡♡
Thank you for all of your videos, Adriene - they are my favourites! I have a suggestion: could you maybe make a few routines with very detailed descriptions of the movements and poses? I mean detailed enough to use it as audio only. That would be so ridiculously helpful for days where all I have with me is my phone and headphones (like when I travel or visit family) and for practicing outside in the sunshine (which makes it impossible to see the screen!)
Today for the Cancer eclipse 2019, I decided to do some yoga. After getting to badacanasana I fell asleep a little, woke up only enough to get to savasana. And woke up about 20 minutes later!! Loved this SO much!
Hi lovely humans! I tried something new today--doing the practice with no sound. Definitely had it's roses and thorns. Thorns being that I usually do the practices following Adriene's voice and only glancing at the screen occasionally, so having to almost constantly look at the screen was a bit bothersome. The roses on the other hand were amazing! I really felt strong in things that I'm normally struggling in because I had no idea if I was doing it for a moment or a while, so I assumed I was going to do it for a long time and found that I could hold poses or flows longer. Moreover I could really listen and focus on my breathing and how my body felt in each pose, which felt instantly satisfying. I held crow for 8 seconds today-a new personal record! Challenge yourself to do something new whenever you see the opportunity! Great payoffs. Thank you to everyone whose comments inspire me as much as Adriene does. With love from China
It's the first time I really pay attention at others limbs than my arms and front leg during a humble warrior. The downfacing dog just after the work on the plank was so ggod, just like you said during the sequence : I sighed in relief! Litterally. So proud I didn't miss one day of this challenging power yoga month. See everybody on the mat tomorrow for practicing the last day all together. Namaste
Adriene thank you so much for all of your videos! I slipped a disc back in March and haven't been able to go to the gym like a used to. I've been using you videos for 5 months now and they are great for my core strength and keeping the weight off!...LOVE THEM!
Adriene today after 2 years of practice with you and 2 years of dabbling in yoga before that - I finally did crow pose. I have only been able to hold it for 4 seconds before face planting and today I held it for 10 seconds and with control slowly lowered back down. I am so thankful for your videos. I didn't think I was having much progress lately but this showed me we all progress even in small ways.
Hi Adrienne, I love your free videos but after doing lots of them I find that they often spend a good amount of time at the beginning introducing what’s to come and getting into the right headspace but there is rarely as much time spent at the end of the session properly relaxing and so benefiting from the practice ie the end is always a bit quick like an after thought.
Adriene, I have been practising with you on and off for over 2 years now. I love your honest weirdness, how connected you are with yourself and how spontaneous your bursts of laughter or singing is. It reminds me of the natural factor that should always be a huge part of our practice and daily life. I am on a very intense spiritual journey right now and this practice made me cry a lot healing unsolved love issues from the past. I burst into cry and then reminding myself 'Find what feels good' I REALLY did, giving myself lots of love. THANK YOUUUU you are such a cool person and a spirit xxx
Adrienne, this was a challenging video for me at a few parts in the video. But I gave myself the patience and time that I deserve and I made it through. I feel so accomplished right now and I know i'll be a little bit some tomorrow. I would rather do 1 million of your videos then ever suffer through another monotonous cardio gym workout again. I enjoy your videos and I wish you the best in life.
I've been doing beginners yoga with Adriene for over 3 months. I'm pretty sure I'm doing it wrong but as I've never been to a yoga class I think it's helped me so much. Maybe when I have slimmed down and can do some of the moves, without falling on my face, I can join a class.
I’ve always felt intimidated by yoga because I don’t naturally have a lot of balance or flexibility...and I don’t have the “look” of a regular yoga practitioner...but I love that with the difficult poses you encourage us to just PLAY. It feels so freeing to laugh when I topple over, instead of feeling shame or inadequacy as I have when I’ve tried yoga in the past. Thank you. :)
Completely agree. The positivity in these videos feels like a genuine invitation to just mess around, rather than that false projection of perfection some people go for. It feels nice to push yourself, but also, nobody's on top of it all the time and being encouraged to accept the screw-ups as part of it is nice.
Good morning Adriene, how are You? Funny how no matter which Yoga I do with You, Always feels like the Best.😊😘❤️ It is 81 degrees inside and could have put the AC but pushed through as didn’t want to stop or lose any of it. Thank You Adriene. Praying Everyone have a Wonderful, Peaceful, Cool Day😊❤️🌹
I have been practicing with you since about a year and a half already, but I usually did the newer videos. Because I did most of them already, I am now exploring those older ones and boy oh boy how you changed! I definitely see how you and your poses and transitions evolved throughout those years and that is so cool, it only shows how much of a human you are, and also how the regular practice changes you. Lots of love from Poland :)
Still making my way through the weight loss videos and this one was quite the burn! But after completing about 4 of the others, my arms are much stronger and I can hold the poses for much longer. Thank you always Adriene and team
I got in crow like half a second and I know I have to work a lot still in it, but I'm so happy because I've never gone so far!! Thank you for your guide Adriene!!
I love this flowing purposeful practice, a little challenging at times but I breathed through having to be mindful of my limitations with my arthritis. But you keep me strong Adriene with my daily practice and today we ended with some core work, always my favourite ! 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞
Yoga With Adriene I just met one of your friends in Cancun! I was on a yoga teaching vacation and she came and took my class forgot to ask for her name but saw her wearing a "Find what feels good" shirt and said "OMG is that Adriene? I love her!" She was like "Really? I'm from Austin she's my friend." So interesting how you meet people in unexpected places. Thank you so much for your videos they are a great way to reinvigorate some inspiration into my classes and I have such a similar philosophy -it's so awesome to see such a positive (and not so serious) yoga teacher like me. :) Love your videos.
The coolest thing just happened: I was laying down on my yoga mat procrastinating starting (watching UA-cam thumbnails and reading the CC) and my dog whined so I got up to pick her up, and when I went back to my phone your playlist was open. So I had no excuse but to click the next video and start! 😮
I skipped around today because it is a beautiful day and I will most likely be in my garden at some point. Gotta say yoga has made me alot more agile as I weed or plant, haven't stepped on anything lately, ha. Thank you Adriene for a great metaphorical and actual practice💐💚
I am soooo glad you're back and that you're doing well!! I found you just shortly before you took your june break. I did your 30 days of yoga and enjoyed it soooo much. I'm kinda addicted to your videos and yoga now!! I'm so looking foward to many more yoga sessions with you!! you're amazing, adriene!! thank you for your work!!
I was looking for gentle stretching, I missed the “ weight loss” portion in this one but I tried it anyway. It was definitely faster paced than I was looking for, and it skipped ahead randomly in a few places so I had to pause the video to catch up, but overall I really enjoyed it! I love all of the other videos I have done by Adriene.
I'm gonna have to "build up" to finish this exercise. I could only make it to 20:36 before I couldn't control my shakes and my legs gave out. It's my first time doing yoga, started 5 days ago twice a day to your videos but this is the first I couldn't make it through. I'll keep at it, thank you adriene
Today I floated in places I used to crash into the ground, sure, I struggled in similar places as last time I did this but I'm progressing. Mostly in my mind : I've finally found my namaste vibes. Every time I bring my hands together I reset and remind myself to be my best version in the here and now and boy, oh, boy... What a difference!!
Very complete yoga session! Even trying it out several years later. This is great if you are in need of a workout that kicks in right away. Really loved it! Thank you, Adriene!
Yoga With Adriene Thanks so much Adriene! I look forward to hearing your opinion and (maybe) trying some of the flows :) I'll watch for your email! Sean
I love you and your videos. I've been doing them for four months now and i feel amazing. Everytime they're exactly what i need!!! Thank you! Greetings from Bulgaria!
Absolutely loved it! I started with your restorative yoga videos and now being able to move onto a practice like this is amazing. So much love to you Adriene.
Thanks for the video, Adriene! When I hurt my back, I did this and your "Yoga for Back Pain" every day for two weeks and it helped with the healing process so much. This is a great video and I find myself going to it often when I need to remind myself exercise isn't about punishing my body.
I know I've commented on this video before but this practice is exactly what my body needs EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Its the perfect balance of strength and flexibility... I could literally go on for forever, but I'll stop here. Thank you😘
I did the arms and abs weight loss video two days ago and still feeling it, arms did not like plank today. Worked more than my previous traditional exercises. :) love yoga, and YWA
Oh man, this was so much fun! I finally did a squat with my feet flat on the ground! Exactly what I needed today. Standing all day for work puts a lot of strain on my hips and lower back, and this made me feel really refreshed and strong. I wasn't expecting this video to be so restorative. Thanks for this video, Adriene! I'll be returning to this to strengthen and equip those muscles!
Hello Adriane, I have been watching your videos for some time, and I have been doing yoga . . . possibly since you were a baby in diapers. -yep, yep, I am hitting seventy!! Happy to say that thanks to -possibly genes? good eating habits and yoga, I have kept my weight down. Down, but not quite at my ideal weight. One year ago, I finally lost the 10 pounds that were bothering me. . . I decided not to drive for a month, and I walked everywhere, I watched what I ate, and I did some yoga every day. I was so happy. . . all my clothes fitted so well. Well, my "happiness" didnt last for long because this year I grained back the 10 pounds. This Covid-19, has all of us a bit on the edge, and, I can't lose any weight. Today I found this video of yours, I will do it as often as my time permits -I still work in my company full time. . . and if I lose weight, I will let you know. Thank you and please wish me luck!! March 22, 2020.
Today I was finally able to do crow!! It was only for a moment but I am so proud and elated, I had been working on it for a while and couldn't seem to find my balance! Thank you Adriene!!
Amazing!! As a runner, my hips and hamstrings are my trouble areas. . . so this is much appreciated! Can't wait to try this video later! You rule, Adriene!
So grateful to say that I just did my first outdoor yoga practice with this video. Beautiful in my backyard and so filled with the air around me. I found it a bit difficult to really get my lower back flush to the ground with natures bumps and dips in the grass but so thankful to have a gentle earth around me to mould me into its shape! Thank you so so so so much Adriene for being one of the best parts of my day.
Thank You Adriene. I have really enjoyed your Yoga Work outs. I'm really happy that I have found your programs, helps so much now that in person classes are not available. This one for hips and hamstrings has really helped my hip pain. I obviously really needed the work in that area. Thank you!
Beautiful, professional, friendly and inspireing... All of this goes straight to Adriene. Many thanks. Even me with my 68 years am able to enjoy this practise... Hello everybody from Russia and enjoy your life like we do here...
Hey Hey ! I have a request for a Foundations of Yoga Vid: Upward Dog. I am never certain I am doing it with the proper, safe form and would love to rework, refresh and be mindful. Thanx! Also I am glad you are recovered and back !
I wanted to send my heartfelt thanks to you Adrienne for helping me keep up with my yoga practice during the pandemic lockdown. Unfortunately the awesome yoga studio I had been going to for many years has now finally closed it’s doors and I was very upset about it. However your love and compassion in your videos has kept up my faith in how amazing yoga is for us. I can’t thank you enough for sharing your practice with us. I thoroughly enjoy every video and I feel truly wonderful afterwards. So thank you again a million times. Take care, in love and peace. Jane
Adrienne, we have been doing a lot of your online sessions, but really enjoyed this one in particular. Dynamic, really good stretching and a reasonably intense session. Thanks
Wow honestly this month of Power was wonderful and I never taught I would say that, it went by so fast and I really had a wonderful experiences. Challenges and all it was great, don't get me wrong I got my butt kicked a lot but I learned to adjust and find ease nothing comes without a challenge and that's what makes it all the more worth it, thank u Adriene for these wonderful, teaching practices , much love and Namaste Everyone 💕💞💓💗💖❤💪🙏
All I can say is WOW! I have done 3 of these practices in this series. I really did not choose these for weight loss but man it is amazing and it is definitely toning the entire body. I have been so sore and that is awesome because I know it is working. Awesome job! Ready for tomorrow. Namaste!
I had not done one of this series in a long time and I am glad it showed up in the May 19 playlist. A bit of sweat and a general feel good moment ! Thanks Adriene.

Congrats Christine!!! I’m in my third month in this journey, I just fall with my face trying to fly LOL! I’m fine, just really funny
That’s amazing! Congratulations! I’m not sure I’ll ever do that pose, but every now and then I give it a shot! Great job!
so weird watching the older videos! love it 🤍
This is going to sound really crazy but, for the first time since starting to practice yoga everyday for a year with adriene, I put my hands on the mat and I could feel that I was supporting myself correctly. All the wrist warm-ups and everything that Adriene has been recommending to do, has worked. I never thought it would feel so good to feel so supported by my own hands.
I still haven’t figured out how to not put so much pressure on my shoulders
I love this woman.
Me too ♥️
yeah.

Me too!
She is first rate 👊🏽🧡❤️
Adriene, I was really struggling today. I was struggling with my routine, with motivation, and dealing with some personal issues as well. I didn't want to do this, it was difficult, I cried partway through (not due to the yoga, haha!), and I had to take a few breaks, but I MADE IT. I did this and I'm so glad I did. Thank you.
cookiesforobama ahh same for me.. and also i stopped practicing yoga for a while and i feel like i lost all my flexibility.

That felt sooo good! At the beginning I was a little bit scared of this intense practice, not feeling very energized. But I was smiling the whole time😍 Thank you so much for this happy and healthy flow !
marinavikhman I felt the same. We did it, yey, felt good. See you tomorrow on the mat 😊🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏
9 years later, and this is still one of the best sequences for tight hips & hamstrings for this runner! Never take this down. thank you!
Linda Turner hi, did u do anything else apart from yoga?
Cheers to a great new year😊
+Barb Watkins I feel the same way! We are choosing yoga videos over other more "slouchy" and "unrewarding" activities.
Namaste
Just wanted to acknowledge your courage and determination, Mary! A beautiful way to show love and respect to yourself. 💟
Happy new week Gill 🧘🏼♀️🇨🇷
And to you too dear Francis. I hope you are enjoying Courage and taking the best from it for you 😊 🧘🏼♀️🏴🙏
Hi Adrienne, I was diagnosed in May with stage 4 lung cancer. The workouts help set up my mind and my body for the rest of the day. Thanks so much for your videos. Have a blessed day.
Thank you for taking time for self care, Lynn! And for sharing the YWA message! Sending you love and strength, friend. xo
At first i wasnt feeling like doing the practice at all, but then i told myself "this practice is for me! and its gonna make my body happy" then i got up and changed my clothes and decided to show up. Now i did it and feel so great. Thanks to you Adriene because you always make it easier for me. Love you so much💜💜
I have been doing Adriene's videos for 4 1/2 years and this is the first time I've come across this one. So great after my first run in ages!
Even just for a short time i am really happy with the progress I am making in the past couple of months doing yoga not just in physical aspects but especially mental and emotional as well 🙏🏽
Dear Adriene,
I have been with you for 2 years now and each time after yoga practice I feel so grateful.
Done 30 days yoga, now doing this series. Every single day. Old me would have given up already. Thanks a lot Adriene for being you.
YAY!!! So glad you are back and fully recovered! Have certainly had a little 'Yoga with Adriene' shaped hole in my week. Can't wait to continue xo
I really enjoyed this one. Even the yogi-bicycles! Thank you, Adriene.
Look, 6 years later and we are still following your practice. Thanks Adriene!
RikkeTakera1 Yes! We actually have audio only of Reboot - check it out! More to come! X O
Beautiful! Thank you!
I think it’s 先爱自己
@@miumiu14822 so right! I'm still learning haha
Hi Adrienne, I love your free videos but after doing lots of them I find that they often spend a good amount of time at the beginning introducing what’s to come and getting into the right headspace but there is rarely as much time spent at the end of the session properly relaxing and so benefiting from the practice ie the end is always a bit quick like an after thought.
several years ago the first half of this was so tough to follow. 2020 still tough but so much better. consistent practice def helps
Quite challenging at times but, oh boy, I'm getting fitter!! Thank you Adriene xx Namaste 💟
Was not feeling it this morning but I’m so glad I did this. Refreshing, energy boost, and overall I feel good. Sending love to everyone ❣️
This is my go to video whenever my pelvic floor feels overly tight. What a lifesaver you are, Adriene. A big namaste.
Good morning Adriene, how are You?
Funny how no matter which Yoga I do with You, Always feels like the Best.😊😘❤️
It is 81 degrees inside and could have put the AC but pushed through as didn’t want to stop or lose any of it.
Love the pace of these practises! Namaste Adriene, you're such a gift!
Crow pose is finally coming along!
I TRIED CROW 3rd time today w u and I HELD IT FOR 7 SECONDS IM MIND BLOWN THANK YOU ADRIENNE!!
Ooh, I like those hip circles! I'm going to be doing those during my cool down at the gym tonight. Glad you're on the mend, Adriene :)
Sean
SeanVigueFitness Yessss my friend! ALSO, SEAN! Congrats on the book!!! It looks so great! I will email you too! X O
Yoga With Adriene Thanks so much Adriene! I look forward to hearing your opinion and (maybe) trying some of the flows :)
I'll watch for your email!
Sean
Thank you for "awareness and loving yourself"
Yesterday was the first day after about a month and a half when I didn't do yoga and I missed it so much! Thank you, Adriene ❤️
I love how this practice was low to the ground and slowed down, but SUPER effective. Added to liked videos 😉. I wanted more leg baby! Felt soooo good.
Thank you for my morning calm after the rush of getting everyone off to school!
Hi love these videos ....it’s March 2021 ..perfect loose weight with Adrienne...where is everyone 😀
I love you and your videos. I've been doing them for four months now and i feel amazing. Everytime they're exactly what i need!!! Thank you! Greetings from Bulgaria!
Thanks again Adriene for sharing your practice with me and everyone else
🧘🏽♀️
This type of weight loss practice is really my jam. Challenging but slow. Loved it!
Thank you😘
Gotta love YO self!! Firey practice = happy practice
Boy was this a good one for hips and hamstrings. You rock Adriene!
Happy to say that thanks to
-possibly genes? good eating habits and yoga, I have kept my weight down.
Perfect challenge for facing a challenging day! Thank you, Adrienne! Nameste.
I think this one sould be added to the Weight Loss Playlist!!
Done!
Thank you!
My hips, hammies and heart thank you. That was a good one, like like like. Thank you and Namaste.
Courage - Day 22 done ✅ hips & hammies... And that fire.. Oh Yes! 🔥🔥😳 loved it Namaste 🙏🏻💕
All I can say is WOW! I have done 3 of these practices in this series. I really did not choose these for weight loss but man it is amazing and it is definitely toning the entire body. I have been so sore and that is awesome because I know it is working. Awesome job! Ready for tomorrow. Namaste!
welcome back Adriene. June felt like a very empty month without you :)
I had not done one of this series in a long time and I am glad it showed up in the May 19 playlist. A bit of sweat and a general feel good moment ! Thanks Adriene.
