Mod sled budget build part 3. So we’re having some problems on the mod sled. No spark, i did a multi meter test and found that the spark is not intermittent, which means that chassis grounds are not the problem. I’m thinking it’s the wiring harness, ecu, and coil. The only thing getting spark is the stator which it should if timing is right. If anyone has an idea on what it could be please leave a comment down below. Do not worry mod sled budget build part 4 coming soon!

I like your videos. I was hoping you were going to get to the suspension. Is there a way to remove the pan hard bar or whatever it’s called that links the A arms together? Or just cut that shit off? Just bought 3 cheap sleds 2-2002 skidoo summit 700 and 1- 1999 rmk 700. Went on my first ride ever yesterday with a summit and the front end is stiff and not playful at all. Thanks

I think you are referring to the sway bar that helps the sled stay level in corners, you can remove them be drilling out the rivets that hold it in place in the tunnel. Or just unhook one side, and see if you like the sidehilling characteristics!..from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠

@Shitbird YUP! You've got the bug 🐛 🤣, now you're screwed 🤣! That's a big step up in machine performance 👏, just wear the gear that'll save your rear! Protective gear at ALL TIME'S! If you want a long career riding ANYTHING!..stay safe, take an avalanche class, NEVER ride alone and stay together, get a good set of safety gear with back and rearward rib protection to help with stopping a punctured lung 🫁, and spine protection!..from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠

@@billallen4793 I’m soo hooked! I love it. I figured if I’m gonna go for it I might as well go bike. I’ve been thinking my dirt bike chest rib back protector would be a good idea. Thank you for talking me into it. I won’t ride without it.

@Shitbird I broke my back twice on sleds, I shouldn't have been able to walk after the first injury, I was impaled spine first onto the post of a buckrail fence! It should have sheared my spinal cord in half, but I was EXTREMELY lucky, and my leather belt on my 👖 jeans was the impact point, so it just broke everything and shoved it towards my bellybutton, broke L3,4,5, veribrea, bulged the disc's, broke the transverse processes off my spine, bruised my kidneys and spleen, and pinched the sciatic nerve, Feb of 2000, then after rehabilitation walking again, I rebroke everything in Feb of 2001! So I had to start all over again to heal back up, and I stopped sleding, because I knew that I wasn't smart enough to go slower..lol then in Sep of 2003 6mos after getting married I blew 4 disc's and have been in pain EVERYDAY since! Get the best Hans device, and safety gear you can afford. I was only wearing a helmet because we weren't even riding hard, we had spent the day before recovering a sled that went into a revine, we gad winched him all but the last 75' when we ran out of batteries, so I was carrying some cable, and the other 2 sleds had the winch and a battery between the other 2 sleds. We were heading back to the truck to unload that stuff, then do some serious riding. A freak accident where instead of being thrown over the bars, I hooked the gauntlet of my glove on the handle bar, and swung me like a rope onto to top of a post. Now I've been hurting ever since, and am unable to work, that was a biggy for me, I was a workaholic, adrenaline junky! If I'd have been wearing some spine protection, I'd be able to work, and continue my racing career. The first back protection I called the ninja turtle 🐢 back pack, but it had $100,000.00 dollars 💸 worth of insurance, if I got hurt wearing this back protector! The problem with dirtbike chest and back protection, but they don't go liw enough on the spine to really protect you! There are so many great safety products designed for sledding, just get some good gear! 509 sells a shirt like thing with armor everywhere, just stay safe buddy, I'm only 51yrs old, and would give ALMOST anything to be uninjured!..from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠
