My first snowmobile build , I decided to take a 2002 RMK 550 144” track and convert it into a mod sled build , I dropped a 800cc Polaris power engine in and through in a 151” powder track.

I like the lighter earlier wedge chassis, just because they are so much lighter, with similar handling characteristics!..from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠

That sled wasnt originally a 550. Those are fans and that has the cooler already in it

Actually it was a 2005 550 Polaris, I copied a 800 RMK setup didn’t have money to buy a 800 RMK chassis
