Checking my Nissan Pathfinder fuses for broken speedometer -P0500 engine code error
There are only 2 places of fuse for my Nissan Pathfinder: (1) on the Driver side under the steering column (2) on the passenger side under the engine hood. I have burned out my tail light engine cluster light many times because I dunk my boat trailer into the water several times a year so the 10 amps (Tail light) fuse tend to burn a lot.
Recently my speedometer and odometer stopped working all of a sudden so I want to check the fuses and make sure it is NOT the fuse that caused this problem before I tear into the instrument cluster panel and look under the car into the transfer case to do more repair.

Getting off the battery terminal corrosion, try hot or boiling water, cleans off the corrosion beautiful

Nissan nv350 speedometer ...fuse what amp?

I have gone through some crazy stuff with my 1997 Nissan Pathfinder SE 4WD. All oxygen Sensors reporting even after replacement. Problem with the fuel gauge ect. Only P0500 right now but what helped solve the Gremlins was to remove the Spedo cluster and loosen all screws and then Tighten the shit out of them. I had removed the spedo unit 3 times before. I was so pissed that I tighten the shit out of them and that worked, just don't break anything. Hope this helps you. How did you make out with the P0500?

Replacement of the cluster or the sensor itself ?

I just removed the dash cluster and super tightened all the little screws on the back of the cluster.
