My screen won't go dark after inactivity. It just stays ON all the time. How do I get it to go black when not using? That's how it was when I bought it a month ago -- took it to dealer for service - and now it won't go off at all. They claim to not have done anything. I have changed the settings to "sleep after 15 seconds of inactivity" and it still just stays on. Annoying and distracting while night driving for me and probably people passing me. HELP!
Hi Kathi, There is a setting that keeps the tablet awake while charging, this setting may have been activated by an App update. You can turn this option off in the Android tablet settings, under system; choose developer options, and set stay awake to "off".
We also purchased a Thor Compass 23tw. Very confusing trying to figure the BMPro out with out a manual. The screen is gone sideways on it now and I’ve tried everything to correct it. Can’t seem to get it back to where it was.
