- After purchasing our first home, my fiance and I completely remodeled our garage. We spent a lot of time finding the perfect products to help us with our workflow and staying organized! I wanted to make this video to share our garage tips and ideas on how we built our dream garage! You should flip your two walls. Put the bench and cabinets on the side where the rods are since that side has a deeper wall past the garage door. then you could still pull a vehicle or boat inside the garage and your cabinets won't block anything.

vik you know what you should do is make like a big bait tank in the garage and breed your own bait so you don't have to worry about not having live bait or make like a pond or pool to hold live bait in. - jacob

Did the same thing in my garage new age products for all of my tool storage and epoxy floors. Now you need the magic touch which is a split system A/C heater so you can use it year round!
I just made a few garage videos and I used the bigger NewAge bold 3.0. but even though I got the biggest cabinet set I need more cabinets as I have so much junk so I am ordering more. so soon its going to be a NewAge garage as if they sponsored me lol.... love your lighting...
Can you talk sometime about the best way to travel in an airport with rods? We've done a big PVC pipe in accordance with tsa size regulations, but would be interested to hear how you pack it so nothing breaks in transit. Thanks!!

Look into getting yourself a mini split ac unit for your garage. They have come down in price quite a bit these days and is what I commonly recommend to my customers here in florida :) best of luck with the garage it is looking so much better!!!
Also check and see if there is any insulation above your garage and get some blown in if you are going for AC in there. That will also make a huge difference in keeping that hot air out from the attic. Best wishes from a fellow florida fisherman!

You need to secure that garage. Treat garage doors as a 3 foot tall fence in terms of security. They are so easy to bypass that they are pretty much worthless for security. That question you need to ask from a security point of view when storing things behind garage doors is "Would I store this in my front yard?"

Listen to what an Old Bull has to tell you young blood. Secure your shit my friend! I had many things stolen out of my boathouse not 30 yards from my home. I put up a invisible fence and got a very nice German Shepherd puppy....cute little feller... Been nearly 6 years since that day and now with some good professional training he's 100+lbs of "stay away and leave my shit alone" Needless to say that I've not had anything else come up missing but after one night of him absolutely going off on something back behind the house I got out there as fast as I could to find him standing there with a Nike shoe wagging his tail like he just hit the doggy lottery. I know everybody's going to tell you to get a good security system but here's the problem with that. I have personally had several experiences with name brand systems ans trust me that they are only as good as the speed of the cop getting there. Sure you might see who it is, doubt it though--- MASK---.... And whoever hits you will be in and out before the cops can even react. Later on if they do manage to figure out who done it and they bust them you're still not going to get the stuff back that they stole from you....
I live in a very nice location on a 4k acre lake about 2 hrs northwest of you...no scum or lowlifes nearby but they know who has all the nice shit.. so the area you live in doesn't have jack shit to do with getting burglarized. You're young and a good kid....Just don't want to see you have to learn the hard way.........Love your videos and maybe some day we can wet a line together....

That's really beautiful the way to have that setup I would however suggest that you can look at putting in four foot or 8 foot long LED lights that have come down tremendously price and they will let your garage up like you cannot believe
yep I was thinking the same thing I been electrician for almost 20 years and installed a lot of garage lighting and workshop lighting that setup is brutal but other than that its a sweet garage
