A tip i learned is Sometimes it's not better to pre board with a little one. If one of you pre boards first with the bags and gets your seats, the other one can board last with the children and they have half an hour less of having to sit still and be quiet. Obviously it's no bother at sonny's age but as he gets more active it will give him chance to get his last wiggles out! You can just walk on, sit straight down and take off 😊
I agree with this! I always try to board almost last with my toddler as every minute on the plane counts! Trying to get him to sit still is near impossible

Traveling with a baby between 2-9 months old is the IDEAL time to travel with kids in my opinion! They sleep through anything and can often be soothed just by nursing. Great job with this trip!
I love watching Camila talk about her workouts and her fitness journey. I am not very skinny but enjoy so much going to the gym and just doing sports. I always feel self-conscious and like I'm not in the right place. Seeing and listening Camilla is very helpful. It's totally right, it doesn't matter how you look but how you feel. 7:42 All countries I’ve visited so far will invite folks with kids and folks who need assistance to board to board first. I’m partially sighted and use a white cane to orient myself, so my spouse and I do take advantage of priority boarding to make sure I can board the plane as safely and calmly as possible.
Yes, I find it quite exhausting too! In Brazil we have a separate security line for the elderly, disabled folks, and folks with kids, but the process of removing sverything (including having to walk without my cane) can be quite stressful. My airport security experience in the US at DFW was one of the worst, and at PDX was one of the best, funnily enough. It all depends on everyone’s ability to recognize a white cane. Another good thing is express access to border agents. If there isn’t a priority queue or I missed it, airport staff have always assisted me to get me to a border agent asap. As reference, it may take 2-3 hours at LHR for a regular person if they arrived on a full flight, but it takes me (Brazilian national) 5-10 minutes.

What an amazing first time flying exxperience! I've been flying several times with my babies and it's been mostly going pretty well, did have a poop explosion up to the neck one time, and my youngest had some issues with his ears that made it painful for him, breaftfeeding saved me, so definitly make sure you have a bottle/boob ready. Extra clothes for you too is such a good advice, I wished I had that :P I hope you 3 have an amazing time at the Canary Islands

As an assistance dog handler you also get priority boarding but going through the metal detector / check is a bit more exhausting ^-^
