ACAI BOWL RECIPE:
3 small bananas
200g açai
50g of apple juice (add a little more if needed)
WHAT WE DID IN THE GYM:
45/15 intervals
45 second run
15 second break
for 5 minutes
2 minute walk
repeat 4 times and increase the speed with every 5 minute working session

I genuinely find you both so inspiring and am praying you get to read this. Some mornings I wake up and I dont know what I'm going to do with my life. I stress and panic about things like coming out, finding people who will match my energy and even motherhood despite only being 16. You made a short a while back telling your 16 year old selves just to wait because everything would work out, and that's truly how I live everyday now. I'm trusting the universe because it shows me, in the form of you two, that things can work out beautifully. I would also like to say Julie is so incredibly strong and beautiful having had your beautiful baby boy, and Cam is SUCH an inspiration for my health, happiness and self image. I hope one day I can grow up as beautiful, on the inside and out, as you both are. And hope I can change someone's life as you have changed mine. For the better.

Last winter I started to sky and falling so much made me feel so frustrated, I was thinking I should not even keep going. But this year I discovered you and I was so inspired I decided to give it another go, and while going down the slope I was going thinking and almost yelling at myself "I can do this, I am capable human and if I fall it doesn't matter" and it was great.
