I’d like to start a petition for more long form videos! I love following you two around and the chance to see what you do all day. It’s wonderful and uplifting and always fun. You two are a perfect match and beautiful inside and out.
I actually do know a recipe for the sauce(s)!!! The potatoes dish is called patatas bravas because the sauce is called salsa brava, and the other sauce Camilla was mentioning is Alioli. Alioli is pretty straight forward, you just grab garlic, oil and an egg (season it with salt, lemon juice... whatever you like), and mix it all good until it has a mayonnaise texture. FUNFACT, the original Alioli sauce doesn't include egg, but I think that nowadays the recipe includes it bcs it's easier to make. Salsa Brava is a bit more difficult, but i'm sure you'll be able to pull it off. Here are the ingredients for 4 people: -4 ripe tomatoes -1 onion -1 garlic clove -A teaspoon of sugar -A teaspoon of hot paprika -A pinch of cayenne -Olive oil -Vinegar -Salt And the actual recipe goes: Cut the onion into large pieces and slice the garlic clove. Put a pan on the stove and add a splash of olive oil. Add the sliced garlic, the chopped onion and a pinch of salt, stir and let it cook for a few minutes until the onion softens. Add the cayenne, hot paprika, sugar and a splash of vinegar. Grate the tomato and add it to the pan. Let it cook for 10 more minutes. Blend everything with the blender and voila, you have Salsa Brava!! As every recipe in Spain, each home has their own version, so someone might not add vinegar, someone might use a very specific brand of tomatoes, use sweet paprika instead of hot paprika, etc. But I find that wonderful, because you can visit a lot of places around Spain, and each one of them will have an slightly different version of the same dish, we will have whole conversations about how different our recipes are!! Anyways, let me know if you try this recipe, I'm sure you will love it, and of course, you can change the recipe to your liking, as I mentioned, changing recipes is one of the basics in the spanish cuisine!!

As a Spanish follower, the sauce that Camilla is asking about is named “Salsa Rosa” and it’s made with: Tomato sauce or Ketchup, mayonnaise, a drop of perrins sauce, a little bit of orange juice, and a little bit of Brandy or Whiskey. I don't know the exact measurements so if you want to try, you can play with the flavours a little. Hope this helped! :))

When I had my daughter, she was the 2nd of 7 little girls that ended up with the same first name, all 7 of them were born within 9 weeks of each other the teachers had fun with all 7 of them starting school at the same time

I'm the best allioli maker in my family. You need: 2 or 3 garlic gloves, pinch of salt, like a oil finger (sunflower or olive, if you like stronge olive is the best. I like mix both) and one raw egg. You put all of this ingredients in a hand blender glass and churn or shake (i don't know how to say) WHITHOUT moving the hand blender in the bottom of the glass until you see you see that it is whipped up, as if it were mayonnaise. In that moment you need to put more oil. Add more oil and churn or shake (moving the hand blender from top to bottom) again until combined and so on until you have the amount of allioli you want. Here in Valencia, we like the patatas bravas in this way: The fried potatoe in cubes, the allioli and in the top sweet paprika (or hot if you like spice) in oil olive (in warm oil, not to hot because then it burns and becomes bitter). And some salt if you like. And it's soooo delicious. You need to tried. In fact, Valencia is where de allioli (ajoaceite in spanish) comes from typically. So in valenciano "all" means "garlic", "i" means "and" and "oli" means "oil". In the original receipe you need to use a mortero (mortar in english, i think) and you spend all your morning to make it.
