The small powder bottle is not salt, but white pepper...The patty he dip with instant black pepper sauce... In Malaysia, we rarely using tomato ketchup, we always use chilli sauce.... 😊
Sir, remember this in asia.. Tomato ketchup is a no no in food especially burgers.. We only put chili sauce.. Tomato ketchup just don't blend well with burgers like western ppl.. In cooking only we will use tomato ketchup sometimes..

Malaysia is amazing!
You eat with the wrapper partially covering the burger, otherwise it's going to be very messy. Make sure you have extra napkin/tissue at hand to wipe those oozing sauces. BTW, you can always asked for less sauce.

The reason why the crispy chicken is spicy bcs Malaysian loves Spicy Chicken Mc Deluxe at Mc Donald and also Zinger Burger at KFC. If youre not like saucy u can ask for less sauce or no chilli/mayo. Some stall they sell crispy chicken wrap which is my fav but its hard to find. 😂

I went to this exact Ramly burger joint and it was the best burger we've had in Malayisa (we've tried all the fancy restaurants and all the fast food chains too).
Crazy right! It’s cheaper than the fancy restaurants and fast food chains and tastes better! I think it also depends on the Ramly stall because I’ve had other Ramly burgers and they weren’t as good haha

U have eaten the best ramly burger stall in whole of kuala lumpur
The best I've had was at Damansara Uptown by Brother John. You can tell how good the cook is by the way he cracks and spread the egg 😂 Prepare for a long wait time since his truck stall is popular
This is how you can sometimes tell that something is delicious in Asia - the queues 😋 But sometimes people line up just to wait - don't you have the impression that queues are sometimes unexplained and people assume that "It must be good if the queue is so long"? 😂

Then we are kind of flexible between and after these trips. So early next year we may visit India as Karolina keeps pestering me to go to India haha. Always ask for tissue papers,when you eat at the stall,be it burger stall ,kuih or restaurants..normally they put on the table in a container,if they don't,ask for it

Yes, if we understood correctly, it is not legal to do business in Malaysia as you are not officially a Malaysian citizen, so Roni was not the owner of this Ramly Burger stand.

@@JayandKarolina the shop you bought from is not a malaysian who cooks the burger, it's just a worker from bangladesh... if you go to a malaysian shop they will have special ingredients in terms of crispy bread, each shop has a different taste... if you come to malaysia again try you differentiate between local cooking and Bangladeshi work...

They are only workers, the owner belong to the local,they were paid, any business needs licence,there are many foreigners in malaysia to find a good living.Millions of them,from indonesia,bangladesh,pakistan,india,vietnam, philipine and even china
I find the ramly burger mediocre. Too many types of sauce are put on. You can't taste the meat through the spices and sauce. The bun falls apart and becomes papery because of all the sauce. Tastes differ but for me it was a one-off.
We really enjoyed the experience! Not sure though if it would be a regular thing though 👀
