  • If you’re finding that your range of motion isn’t what it used to be, this video is for you.
Did you know that postural alignment affects joint mobility? Our modern day slouched computer posture significantly restricts mobility of the neck and shoulders, and that’s often coupled with pain, disc injuries, and nerve root impingements.
Follow along with me and see how adjusting your posture can free your movement!

This is perfect! I was really thankful for one of your older videos during the week when my lower back was troubling me, but a tennis ball and a wall helped out big time! Not sure if you do in person treatments or just these (awesome) UA-cam instructions, but I'll be in NYC in November and if you do have a practice, I'd love to schedule something! Thanks from Ireland 🇮🇪

@rachelrichardsmassage9660 thanks, I will check out your website. We couldn't have picked a worse week to visit NYC between the NY marathon and the election, so I'll definitely need a massage 🤣👍

Hi Olivier from the UK! Tinnitus has a myriad of causes, one of which can be poor posture. Improving posture is a good idea regardless. Check out my playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLQsHGPF3r4b4l-Kmn77DTppYJkpHa18sO.html

As a teenage, my doctor said my neck humour was a genetic condition called dolengwers and there was nothing I could do to change it. I’ve tried . Now I’ve a benign growth on it.
Do you believe there’s nothing I can do or do you know of anything I can do because it’s bothered me from my whole life and it hurts and I have problems raising my arms and constant shoulder and neck pain because like you said my vertebrae aren’t stacked on top of each other.
I know there are a lot of people with this condition and I’d love a video to address it please. or how to fix posture overtime because it’s not easy depending on your age and genetic factors- it really hurts. I have scoliosis. What do we do when we don’t have perfect spines to begin with?
    Thank you ❤

Thank you for sharing. The longer you live with a condition the more difficult it is to treat. There are many great options for improving posture and alignment, including physical therapy, massage therapy, structural integration, and Alexander Technique. Successful treatment usually requires a variety of therapies. Feel free to incorporate some of the practices from my posture and mobility playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLQsHGPF3r4b4l-Kmn77DTppYJkpHa18sO.html
