I had the Zyber strap for a few months for my Quest 3 and I never had the back part come off. I have a big head too. Interesting. I find it super comfortable.The elite strap I got for my Quest 2 is so bad in comparison but I got an early version back then which was only slightly better than the stock strap. My gf has the Kiwi for her Quest 2 and I'd say it's arguably as comfortable as that but overall I'd say the Quest 3 with the Zyber is still more comfortable than the Q2 with the Kiwi as I just find that the form factor of the Quest 3 to be more comfortable. Looking forward to the battery bank comparison.
