Hi guys!
Today was arm day so here is a complete arm workout targeting your biceps and triceps! This will not only give you a crazy pump but over time will help build and shape your arms nicely! Give it a go and let me know what you think!

WORKOUT:
1. SS 4 sets | 12 reps each
standing single arm dumbbell bicep curls ( 3 reps @ a time)
Lying floor tricep extensions
2. 3 sets
10 ea. seated single arm hammer curls into 20 standing hammer curls
3. 3 sets | 12 reps ea.
cable close grip tricep pushdowns
single arm reverse grip cable tricep extensions
4. SS 3 sets | 15 reps ea.
standing wide grip curls
body weight tricep dips (form to your level)

It varies! Smaller movements 2-3, bigger movements 5+ minutes. I don’t really know what I do lol I guess just sit there or pace around until it’s time to go again. Or actually.. I’ll go bug my man with pointless conversation😂

The only thing I would change is superset a bicep with a tricep set, a lot of women won't be able to finish all the goal reps if they super set the same muscle group...including me ;)
Don't sell yourself short! You can most definitely finish the set. There is a reason these exercises are paired together! Whether it be bc of their difficulty level, the advantage/disadvantage ea. creates on the muscle, and/or which part of the head is being targeted. Weightloads can be adjusted between exercises if needed and as expected for most when switching from single work to bilateral work.
Give it a go and I think you'll surprise yourself💪

🚨IMPORTANT🚨hi guys if you can answer my question please do. Okay so I’m pretty skinny I’m 5’10 and I weigh about 126 pounds and my biceps are smaller than the rest of my arm and I’m really insecure about it and I don’t know if its because I don’t have any muscle or I’m just so skinny. So should I try to gain weight or just workout or both? I don’t want to have super muscular arms though

Thank you for all these workout ideas! 💪💪💪 So many bicep exercises I am excited to try out 🔥 how would you recommend making bodyweight tricep dips harder? I am just increasing reps but ideally there would be some way to add weight to the bodyweight paradigm (as I don't have access to any machine equipment).
Are you already putting your feet up? If you are and you want to stick to this form of a dip then you can also put weight on your lap.
Another option is to control the speed.
Go down for 3 sec and shoot up for 1 and repeat or vice versa. You could go down as low as you need and then hold for a certain amount of time and/or hold the squeeze at the top for a certain amount of time. Sometimes just changing the way you perform the reps can be more than challenging enough!

Your gym doesn't have a cable machine? or the v-bar attatchment?
Sorry i meant the v-bar attachment
I thought so! Okay, you can use the rope attatchment and it will work just as good OR just use any straight bar attatchment and use a narrow hold on the bar if that's the only attatchment you have access too!
