You made the chin ups look so easy, I went in so confidently I couldn't even do one hahaha 😅 Update: I was doing it wrong, you are suppose to set the weights to the highest to support your body..the lighter the weights the more difficult it get.
I know this is a weird thing to comment on - but I really appreciate the fact that you blur out the people in the back!!! I get distracted easily but I also always think about the fact that I would not be comfortable making an appearance in someone else's YT vid. That's so considerate!

This is now a permanent part of my workout weekly routine so thank you!! I feel confident doing these exercises and I’ve see progress as I can now go lighter on the chin up machine!

@@sean.momentum Doing very well! I started around 120-125 lbs for pull ups and now im at 115lbs. I still do 7 but Ive been able to lessen the weight. I could probably do more pull ups if I put the weight at where I first started but once I can do 7 comfortably, I lessen the weight and start over.
@@HerSZN_ That;s amazing progress! Doing more reps with the same weight is the true sign of progress. I'm so glad your realise that too, people sometimes forget to see those acheivements! Is the next goal a full pull-up :D?

Seated cable rope rows- 4X12
Landmine barbell rows- 4X12
Incline DB curls- 4X12
Spider curls-4x12

Cable bicep curls- 4X max reps (decrease weight progressively)

I could only do 7 ups. I started heavy and lightened the weight. For us the machines are easier the heavier.
