just continue to read whatever u want and take ur time adjusting every thing and correcting ur form and weight..don't think about anyone and on ur workout..believe me everybody is busy with his things...have a good day :)❤️

My local gym had a women only area but then guess what the men did, they sued the gym stating that the area was biased and unfair and won! Look up women only gym CT Absolutely horrendous, I’ve chosen a gym based on the worse reviews and the facts many people commented it is full of old and pt patients 😂

This video is so helpful! I’ve been going to the gym for about a month now and have been intimidated by some of these machines. This explanation of each one was perfect and easy to understand. Also, it’s cool that you blurred out the faces of other people in the gym with you! Not many people who record in the gym think to do that.

I recently learned that you can use that toe-separator-looking thing to put under your selected weight. This muffles the sound when you drop the weight as to not bother other people. :)

Thanks for demonstrating the pectoral fly machine. Saw a woman at the local gym using it facing the weights and made me think I'd been using it wrong - had no idea it was a 2-in-1 machine. Now I know for next time.

Hello dear Naomi, I'm pretty good with all sports equipment. However, I have a lot of difficulty with the overhead press compared to the others. What do you think is the reason for this?
After rewatching this video a couple of times I finally got the courage to try them yesterday at the gym lol and it worked ! But is it true that working out your upper body means that your working out abs too if you're engaging your core?
Most of the time the seat height should be adjusted to your leg length, so your feet fit flat on the floor. If you're short and the seat is too high, your feet won't be able to reach the ground. And if you're tall and the seat is too low, your knees will be bent at the wrong angle.

Shanaya H It all comes down to your personal preference for training style! Some people use a mix of machines and free weights, others use just free weights, others do only body weight-there are so many different styles of training and at the end of the day, it comes down to you, your goals, and personal preference.

You're working ur abs pretty much w every exercise cause engaging the core gives you stability
