食材:香菇 5朵 、1把木耳、1把冬粉、4大片腐竹、白菜 1/4 顆、红蘿蔔 1條、南乳3塊、少许姜丝、200毫升清水
1)把香菇&粉丝泡软,香港&白菜&红萝卜切小,姜切丝备用
2)腐竹切块炸至金黄色,捞出
3)锅留底油爆香姜丝,把3块南乳下去翻炒成泥,加入香菇木耳红萝卜&炸好的腐竹翻炒均匀
4)加入200毫升清水翻炒均匀;焖15分钟,过后再加入白菜,炒一下,再焖5分钟
5)最后加入冬粉,炒至均匀就可以出锅啦❤️

Ingredients: 5 shiitake mushrooms, 1 fungus, 1 cellophane noodles, 4 large yuba, 1/4 cabbage, 1 carrot, 3 pieces of red fermented bean curd, a little shredded ginger, 200ml water
1) Soak the shiitake mushrooms & cellophane noodles until soft, cut cabbage & carrots into small pieces, shred ginger and set aside
2) Cut the yuba and fry until golden brown, remove
3) Left some oil in the pan and sauté the ginger shreds, add 3 pieces of red fermented bean curd and stir-fry until melt, add mushrooms, fungus, carrots and fried yuba, stir and stir evenly
4) Add 200ml of water and stir-fry evenly; simmer for 15 minutes, then add cabbage, stir-fry, and simmer for 5 minutes
5) Finally, add cellophane noodles and stir-fry until they are evenly cooked. ❤️
Just cooked this for dinner yesterday... It was yummy... 😋

材料挺健康,就是太油了。
除了开头炸腐竹需要多油(其实不炸也是可以的),炸完之后不是只留少许油么?看南乳的大小和油对比就知道油不多
