Must be nice to have a three month vacation as he says he wont be able to play phase 3. Unless his vacation is only a week or two long and phase 3 will still be going on when he gets back. 😉
@@mattklinghamer370 wtf are you talking about? no one said he would miss the ENTIRETY of phase 3 but just missing the first week would be enough to spoil the experience as you know its calls season of DISCOVERY and if you show up a week late there wont be all that much discovering to do, runes will be found, bosses will be figured out etc

your comments on the legs cracked me up, we have had 1 set of legs drop for our core raid team
i like the 7 day lockout change, BUT what im not sure about here is that we now have 3 day lockouts for 10 man raids, with bosses dropping 2-4 items.
we will go to 20 man, which means we should get 4-8 items plus the weekly lockout means we should get about 8-16 items per boss to stay at the current level
then we have another 2 months phase, which means we have 8 lockouts of sunken temple and i guarantee there are stupidly low dropchance items in there
that just never drop like the melee trinket of gnomer, which my raid has never seen drop.
they have to add some sort of currency or badges to every boss kill that lets you buy missing items from a vendor or have a 4 months phase

My guild has seen a purple sword drop almost every reset. We have yet to see a Gizmoblade and the healing purple ring. Pain.

Classic wow leveling is the only reason I played Classic wow. It's the best experience I ever had playing wow in all my years.

If anything they should have slowed the leveling speed down because you don't have to gain all 60 levels at once. Speeding it up is a big mistake.

Every warrior main I know absolutely loved Gladiator stance. Not saying your opinion is invalid but I haven't heard the end of "man I miss Gladiator stance" since WoD ended.

i'm in the weird boat that i enjoy the classic leveling cause its relaxing to me its honestly an aspect of classic wow i enjoy
but that being said preach is right there is classic era.
i don't hate the xp buffs in SOD either, been LOVING the 100% xp buff on my hunter alt it helps with that SM grind
it has felt weird on my mage though cause he's doing questing and i was like lvl 13-14 before i finished elwynn and im lvl 20 and i barely finished the first set of defias quests in westfall lol so that feels weird but not enough to rage about it like a lot of the classic andy players that got preach losing his shit lol

Haven't seen Madge Tired Preach in awhile, that was amazing.
The extra xp buff is awesome and just the fact that its a buff granting extra xp feels a lot better then if they just reduced the xp required. Even it it theoretically would be the same thing.

Isn't being out in the world levelling the MMORPG part? Don't get me wrong, I like dungeons and raids but that's just multiplayer stuff or is it multiplayer + sub = MMO?

Can we just take a moment to recognize that we are in a wow renaissance right now. The amount of unique content this franchise is getting is wild and only something we could have dreamed of 5 years ago
So, if the weapon skill bonuses can't stack with current racial bonuses, isn't that like taking away racial bonus for those races? There's still some strong racials out there outside the weapon skill stuff. Those were the most egregious of course. Guess we'll just have to see how this plays out.

Dude I was with preach all the way with speeding up the leveling process and the 50% XP buff from 1 to 25 was still too slow, thhe 100% is at least manageable

If all they do is boost leveling to try and make players skip it. Just take it out. Make everyone have no level and all we need is gear.

I'm trolling Preach by maining Balance/Resto Dual Spec in Season 3.
i have to say the +5 weapon skill what comes at lvl 60 is not the best the solution because it makes classes with weapon skill lose one racial to other races and the anti fear too. i think it will be a big win for hord not that i say it is a bad think just remove the shit and give new racials to the races that lose it.

And also SoD was a result of a lot of feedback from classic andies that wanted new content but the core game to be the same, more like Turtle wow with new zones/maps, lore, etc.
Except we got Classic Ascension, not Classic Turtle
I really wish they'd apply that racial balance logic to retail when it comes to Shadowmeld, that racial has been way too good for way too many years in all non-raid combat even if you don't play Feral or Rogue. Being punished for not playing Night Elf on EVERY single class that can be one is depressing if you don't like being a pornographic skinny human with pointy ears.

This entire iteration of wow is designed to cater to the people who buy +15 mythic boosts/achievement runs and griefers. To hell with any type of balance. It also makes a lot of sense that a WARLOCK is s+ tier tank and I can't hold threat on a full bis 90+ parsing fury tank making me shit b tier trash.
I love sod so far, but yea t he classic andy's full consumes and WB just ruin it for everyone.

Felguard used to have this aura called threatening pressence that increased his aggro. It was a better tank then the voidwalker even without a taunt.
I never understood why WoW even until this day limits you to 2 professions. They should take a page from FFXIV.
I don't want to run multiple alts just to have all my professions covered.
At the very least engineering has no business being a main profession. Should have been a secondary profession from the start.
I think the reason is to encourage you to talk and trade with other players.

so you dont wanna run any alts at all? thats the problem with FFXIV, you can do everything on one character so theres no reason to even create another character... thats also a problem if you wanna play a different race or replay the story, it feels pointless if youve already maxed everything on your main.

season of wowhead phase 3, where you can let all the _season_ 'd professionals do all the hard lifting taking all of discovery out of the equation so you can spend two weeks "raiding" a rehashed dungeon until you get bored and the requirements for entry skyrocket due to increased fear of failure kicking in.

I checked the official Russian transliteration of Lethon (since Russian tends to be much more comprehensive on spelling names like such) and Preach is right, it's "Leh-thon", not "Lee-tan".
