e-brake slows the rear down, whereas the brakes (wherever kt is pulling the ebrake) slows the front. the fronts are already experiencing plenty of wear due to the front tyres doing the accelerating, initial and hard braking, and turning. he also does it in pretty much any layout car. it's just his style of driving combined with theory.
@jason1ajai the man in the CTR is the drift king ...... the one who created drift. He is extremely good in drift & circuit , how can you tell him to learn how to shift?
The Civic has 2255 fronts / 225 rears! Like some FWD racing cars... to have more front grip reduce understeer... great achievement for the Civic, against two more powerful RWDs. Funny guy, this Tsuchiya :)
@blackjin21 lol no.... the civic is an FF and it was understeering, so he countered that understeer by using the E-Brake to get traction on the two front wheels to spin and turn where the wheels are turning... if that makes any sense
I saw another video where the stock civic was way more competitive against the s2000, but when you get to the level of the J's racing S2000 a civic just won't cut it anymore even after much tuning, I did see a little understeering from the spoon setup in this video though, its still hard to get a FF car to the same level of tuning, you'll either get understeer or ridiculous understeer its the nature of the beast.
I enjoyed this video and very entertaining. I know the heavier Civic will lose to the lighter S2000. The engine power is also a factor. I credit the Civic Driver as he is good that he is not very far behind at the end of the race.
oh, the understeering on the FD2 seems pretty bad on this track...Tsuchiya had to pull the handbrake...or maybe he didn't have to, u never know what he's going to do, and the reason behind it.
IMHO, suspension is clearly too stiff resulting in the car bouncing and losing traction - and the tyres screaming constantly = sliding. Stock FD2 is stiff enough it seems.
well i havent seen the vids so i guess you have me there. but i still fail to see how a lighter car that is FR to boot will loose to a heaver (and weaker) FF car...also the drivers of the car are another factor entirely. show me some vids tho.
I LOVE HONDA...
THE POWER OF DREAMS !
Keiichi is so jolly when he drives. I love his in-car commentary! I love it when the S2ks get close to him, he goes 'abunai, abunai!'
lmao
i can never get enough of this video
Hahaha, they're so funny when they talk while driving even though I can't understand what they're talking about LOL

Very nice overtaking on 4:30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are all ultimate time attack cars.
LOL @ the drift attempt at the end . . .

wow that type r is sick o_o
it is an all-motor race engine. costs about 10grand, core required.
The only word I could understood was " ARGH UNDERSTEER!" from the guy in the spoon civic
LOOK HOW STIFF THAT SUSPENSION IS! :O
255 width tyres at the front!? crazy stuff
wow those s2ks realy killed 'em
amen power of dreams
re01r, ad07 are in the same class of ultimate streets :P
EPIC.
Firts civic 4 door that I like and want ^.^
lmao I like the guy's reaction at the end. But why would they put a civic with the s2k?
UNDA UNDA UNDA UNDASTEER
the ending was funny....
@chinotheoriginal what did he talks at end? :D
oh, the understeering on the FD2 seems pretty bad on this track...Tsuchiya had to pull the handbrake...or maybe he didn't have to, u never know what he's going to do, and the reason behind it.
this is an unfair fight but ok a half nice vid im sure that i wouldnt get more than 4-5 sec after the red s2000 with m rabbit mk1
can you get better quality of this video.i like it :D
Pulling the handbrake or e-brake is to kill the understeer
and this vid is just showing that the a better driver is

エスニくそええ音やな
I think they put wrong tires on both s2000 but I thought the civic's tire was perfect for that track
lol last part xD
"Si 197bhp.....Idont think so"
FG2 and FA5 USDM Si sure as hell is 197 at the crank look at the specs

i guess that guy wasn't a drifter lol. nice civic though.
fd2 might win the seeker s2000. Just the setting problem.
what he try to do at the end? drift? LOL
1 k20 vs 2 f22
1 FF vs 2 rwd
1 sedan vs 2coupe
Is this kinda fair
singing at 4:55 - 5:00
did he just try to drift in a civic ! lol
theyl piss all over my 98 accord wagon!
явно с жесткостью пружин у TYPER перебор
I wanted to write 255 fronts / 225 rears :P
The Man driving the CTR Needs Sum shiftin lessons
but its JDM thou..
@menglee ya ya i know
spoon suspension is too stiff! making the handling on the fd2r worst in the video
@GTnumber1 Try again.
