The starter grinding can be due to two reasons. First is its reaching end of life. Second is a week battery. I've noticed mine grind when I have not started the car in a while, and its only on the first start. I began using a battery tender I don't hear it grind any more.
Not true and not true. It's literally just grease on the inside of the starter has gotten too much clutch dust inside of it and can't lubricate enough anymore so it sticks open for a second. Clean and regrease and it won't stick for a long time again.
i literally have the box of callards in front of me, i drive my S so much that i wil def notice the refinement. congrats on the 1ksubbs, i really enjoyed this video featuring DIY guys channel. since you are a mugen connoisseur, do you ever come across a three piece spoiler?
Jason is very famous in the community, you managed to have him to show up on video, his video never show him eheh. His car sounded very crisp, does it have a flash pro tune? I think I know which exhaust he runs but not sure if the car still has OEM cat and OEM manifold, does it?
Hahaha he’s a legend. We’ve all watched his videos while working on our own s2000s. I think he may be running a hfc but im not sure. His CR sounds great. Very free flowing. Makes my car sound stock
I like em :) i have a whole video dedicated to installing and reviewing the mugen seats: Mugen MS-Z Seats (Recaro SR7) for my Honda S2000 - Install and Review ua-cam.com/video/1h_TPC-m9dg/v-deo.html
@@wrenchaholic_ yep! Add the aero, interior glam trim pieces, and soft stop delete/hard top. That's it! These parts are NOT worth $40k over a regular used ap2.
after installing both the x brace and the rigid collars , which would you say has had the biggest improvement on the handling/feel of the car ? i wanna get both of them eventually but was curious as to which one would be the better first mod lol 🦭
Thats a tough one. They both seem to improve the feel of the car although i do think the rigid collars are a better investment. Id probably go with the rigid collars in terms the bigger difference maker
Great tips, I have mine sitting around waiting to install. Also, it's cool and kind of weird seeing DIY Guy's face haha what a legend.
He’s the s2k wizard 😂

@@zaahidrahman looks like it already sold. Been eyeing the bumper but too costly

A regular s2000 is 95% a CR...
I think the only big difference is the spring rates, sway bars, and the rack are different.
