I keep finding myself watching every TAS of this game even tho I know aurally I'm gonna have a bad time, but the execution of the game is just that impressive
"The re-record (load state, change input, advance state) count of this movie is: 2,529,914,332,046. I'd like to ask for this value be properly represented in the publication." THANOS: All that for a few drops of blood.
So ive been curious about something, after the stage ends it won't move you until after your score has caught up yet enemies continue to move. would any enemies that hit the suspended ball be destroyed or would they just pass through? Odd question but can't help but be curious since you won't see your score not beat a stage clear speed sweep in a non-TAS. Beautiful TAS by the way!
@@InnocentGuillotine I looked through the TASVideos page and couldn't find anything like that. The original submission in the category does use the laser. I'm guessing that it just would have taken too much CPU time to calculate the RNG manipulation to get a laser alongside ball juggling.
"The era and time of this story is unknown. After the mothership 'Arkanoid' was destroyed, a spacecraft 'Vaus' scrambled away from it. But only to be trapped in space warped by someone..." This TAS is absolutely nuts. Was this truly done in an automated subenvironment only to be completely replicated on the NES? Insaaaaane.
I know this is a TAS, but how is it that only one powerup ever shows up on any given stage, and it's ALWAYS a Divide? Is the NES version the only version that randomizes powerups, or RNG affects it entirely?

I love the victory theme its so uplifting and yet ends ominously.
God that ending is so ominous. "Good job, you won! GAME OVER"
because DOH attack again in Arkanoid 2

This was my mom's favorite game. She used to play it for hours! Sadly, she passed away last year. I think of her each time I watch this video.
I wanted rewatch the previous video that brute force the solution, and instead found this _improvement._ My jaws dropped again.
*YES THIS GAME AND THIS TAS , ROCKS!*
complimenti anche con 2 o 3 pallini sei un maestro a questo gioco complimenti grande maestro
Warpless? Brother, are you telling me there wrong warps in fucking _Breakout?_ lmaooo
One of the possible pills in Arkanoid lets you skip to the next level immediately, yes.
9:45 You monster! :O
yes, I confess. I allowed that ball to go lost. Why? easy: to trigger OCD in people.
You defeated "Doh" with style. Way to go, Vaus!

Final boss really said 🗿
Not used to seeing only one pill drop. Good job tho 👍
I would've thought that the laser would make it much faster on the levels without the unbreakable gold bricks.
The rules for this category mean you can't use the laser, from what I can tell.

10:44 well that was 🗿
That's was DOH
7:16 Level cleared without doing anything :D

Porfin conozco los demás niveles después del 4 😮😮😮
Gameplay this perfect was not meant for us mere mortals
Nice
This is testing the TAS
It probably takes a billiards scientist to go about optimizing this TAS

With TAS, you can essentially manipulate RNG entirely, using frame perfect inputs to screw with the inbuilt RNG table.
How come only one power up shows up, and it's ALWAYS disperse?
TAS
This should have come with a seizure warning. Vaus is shaking all over the place!
el de abajo se bañi con tenis
How is this game so HARD? The ball moves too fast for you to react.
11 must have been interesting seeing's you couldn't get any items there.
9:46, failed tas, you miss a ball here XD,start again
9:52 :-
Yes, we all see it
Bro, why are you shaking Vaus. He didn’t do anything wrong 😂
🔰🗿
This run seems too good to be true I don’t trust it
