Pulling the same load in the same area, I get 10 MPG with my 2007.5 6.7 For 73000 miles of towing all over the country I have averaged of course computed, 9.87 mpg. And that includes the 55 mph California towing that took mileage down to 8.5 MPG. I travel full time with my truck and trailer. Really surprised at the low MPG you are getting.
