I just turned 13 two days ago, im glad Jak is here to explain my early teenage years in the best way possible so i can live my teeenage years in the best ways possible.
As a woman now for me, I it takes a part of my healing and growing path. I dont necessarily look at adult content like I used to. But it keeps me in the same place. I usually used it to distract, dissociate, or to get away from everyone. I was in my own little world. I’ve had bad relationships where the guys I was with were attracted to me and did their stuff with me but never talked to me anymore. I can’t really say much cause I still struggle with trying filling a void with my sexual urges, feeling like I never mattered I was also abused at one point in time. So it’s kind of a habit I have got. A mechanism i got to crave intimacy and wanting to feel whole. I do understand what this video was talking about. 😢
As a male, kinda same, i just hate the environment around me, my school life, my family life etc, so i was addicted to corn before as a coping or escaping mechanism, but for a few weeks i Completly dropped it and i've been doing a lot better. Idk how it happened i just suddenly found myself not interested anymore, and it also improved my general life. But i suddenly failed my chain recently, and i plan to never do it again. Its just so much better leaving ts. I also hope it gets better for you

Jak, I just moved back to the US after living in Korea for 3 years. This new high school, it's so big. Everyone's family have so much money. I don't feel like I belong, I've lost a part of myself in the process of trying to fit in. I was a well known guy in my last school, I felt I was myself, I was close with everybody in all the friend groups and the old school was a tight knit community. My new school , nobody bats an eye, almost like everybody cares too much or too little. I sit alone at lunch now, nobody approaches me and I feel like a loser, a shell in my old self. I started watching you and newel of knowledge around the same time that i moved back to the US (2 months ago), and the advice I've gathered clicks with me it makes so much sense and perfectly dissects my situation, but yet when I get to school, I let what these kids say get to my head, I overthink these situations. I don't know if everyones hostile or if it's just in my head. I cry almost every night, I miss my family, girlfriend and my friends. God is the only one I can turn to and I've read my Bible for the first time in my life after I moved here. Even though I have God, I still wish for a good group of friends again. Those who can support me and grow with me, not someone who drinks and hates school like so many of the kids here. I'm so stuck in life, I want to give up, but I tell myself to think about where I will be in a year. Life is changing too fast for my own comfortability and I'm sick. I want to give up, but I know i cant.

A year ago I was the most hated person in my school. I was annoying, disruptive, extreme, and rude. Summer came and went, I visited the British isles to see family. Sophomore year started. I quickly became mildly liked by everyone around me, and more so as the year progressed. I became the Switzerland of my school without doing much. Except for one thing: respect. About 2 months ago, I was in a pretty bad place. It was not so much lust, as just everything - I was giving into whatever desires my body through at me. I began meditating at first, then I changed other things too. I started taking cold showers, quit all social media (including UA-cam, aside from literally your videos), taking care of my body, and became more religious. Jak, I just moved back to the US after living in Korea for 3 years. This new high school, it's so big. Everyone's family have so much money. I don't feel like I belong, I've lost a part of myself in the process of trying to fit in. I was a well known guy in my last school, I felt I was myself, I was close with everybody in all the friend groups and the old school was a tight knit community. My new school , nobody bats an eye, almost like everybody cares too much or too little. I sit alone at lunch now, nobody approaches me and I feel like a loser, a shell in my old self. I started watching you and newel of knowledge around the same time that i moved back to the US (2 months ago), and the advice I've gathered clicks with me it makes so much sense and perfectly dissects my situation, but yet when I get to school, I let what these kids say get to my head, I overthink these situations. I don't know if everyones hostile or if it's just in my head. I cry almost every night, I miss my family, girlfriend and my friends. God is the only one I can turn to and I've read my Bible for the first time in my life after I moved here. Even though I have God, I still wish for a good group of friends again. Those who can support me and grow with me, not someone who drinks and hates school like so many of the kids here. I'm so stuck in life, I want to give up, but I tell myself to think about where I will be in a year. Life is changing too fast for my own comfortability and I'm sick. I want to give up, but I know i cant.

A year ago I was the most hated person in my school. I was annoying, disruptive, extreme, and rude. Summer came and went, I visited the British isles to see family. Sophomore year started. I quickly became mildly liked by everyone around me, and more so as the year progressed. I became the Switzerland of my school without doing much. Except for one thing: respect. About 2 months ago, I was in a pretty bad place. It was not so much lust, as just everything - I was giving into whatever desires my body through at me. Then, I stumbled upon one of your videos, and then and there I said to myself "screw this life." I followed your advice, created a sheet of all of the things I wanted to improve, and my goals in life, and found a strong reason to quit. I began meditating at first, then I changed other things too. I started taking cold showers, quit all social media (including UA-cam, aside from literally your videos), taking care of my body, and became more religious.
