If u hve a goal u will forget corn bc u will be so focused in achieving it

I lose to lust because of one simple thing.
Insecurity.
You see, if I see another woman who’s practically better than me, both mentally and physically, I get attracted to them but also feel insecure at the same time.
When those feelings arise, I start to want them in my life, but knowing I can’t have them I succumb to lust hoping it will make me feel better that I fantasize abt being with them.
I keep on thinking, maybe if I was better than them in a genetic standpoint then I wouldn’t have those feelings, but I’m not and that makes it harder.
I keep on trying to be confident and even delude myself but it’s not working.
But I really want to escape lust so please help me if you’re reading this.
The simple solution is not accepting reality.Stop accepting being lower than them either physically or any way else. Just think of trying to get better than your were yesterday. And when those feelings arise, start praying or do workout or something that would distract you. Last thing is think that would they want you to think lustfully of them and then use that to look away and start working out so atleast you know you're trying.

I REALLY don’t wanna write the reasons down, so I haven’t busted in over a week. Before this strategy, I couldn’t last more than 3 or 4 days.
