Looks great--just loved egg mcmuffins! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so I need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs and the igf-1, heme and DDT in meat. Thanks so much for sharing

My favorite meal! Breakfast! Tatyana, I just love the way you think-putting the ground pork and turkey together, the maple syrup (yes!), the avocado, the mayo-toasting the muffins in a bit of butter, but especially that sausage which looks like it's just going to pop in your mouth. Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. For my tastebuds the burger, cheese and muffin is enough. I'm not a fan of 🥑. I do eat it but just for health reasons. But in Cali it's almost a must ☺️. When I make breakfast Patty's I usually just add a little Bell's Poultry seasoning and and pinch of salt 🧂. Boring East Coast style. I'm glad you did mention to make your Patty bigger than the bun or muffin because of shrinkage, excellent tip people don't realize. @@TatyanasEverydayFood Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳🥑. Sadly the shop was demolished 😩. Ironically he purchased the restaurant I used to make the cheesecakes for. I think I may have figured out my bread 🍞 problem from last week. The water 💧, I'm going to try with purified water because Google says it's best. Of course I'll share the outcome. I noticed that when I used Milk in the breads they were less dense and crumbly. @@edward2448 I hope the bread turned out better this time! My mom is the bread baker in our family. She always has fresh bread at home! I prefer to make mine with milk, too. I use milk in all my sweet dough recipes.

@@TatyanasEverydayFood Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. Here in Amish Land I'm watching the snow melt. It was a balmy 42* yesterday and a lot is gone. I have not made the bread yet but of course I will tell you about it. I'm on a "Shake -n-Bake kick lately. I've been using skinless chicken thighs bone in and different marinades and making my own seasoned crumbs. I poke 100's of holes in the chicken and add the marinade du Jour. Got a batch in now. I made a blend of dry spices and used Hot sauce and a splash of ranch dressing, 75-25. I'll let that sit for 2-3 days then season some of the homemade crumbs and coat the marinaded chicken and bake. Could you substitute ground beef instead of pork if don’t eat pork?
I haven't tried making these with beef, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work!

If you don't eat pork, I recommend using ground chicken.
