5 years ago I learned how to make these cinnamon rolls and people have not quit asking me to make these for them lol What I personally love about them is this versatility right here. Apples, Strawberries, Blueberries, regular, I’ve even made some with citrus and everything was Lemon flavored. I want to try making garlic rolls using this recipe next. I mean, we could even put cooked bacon into these. They’re just wonderful and perfect. Everybody loves them. I even made cinnamon rolls and took them into work for a potluck and people ate every single one of them and loved them. I didn’t even tell them I made them until a few days later because it was so nice seeing a genuine, unbiased opinion. Friends will tell you it’s good to not hurt your feelings but when you see someone you don’t know have never spoken to love something you made, it hits different. It makes you proud, it makes you love yourself and your hard work and effort. It pays off

Good morning. Made the rolls yesterday. Talk about gooey good. There were a couple differences. Mine blew up out of the pan. I did do some things different. I used 2 cups of high strength bread flour in mine. and i used my dough setting on my bread machine to mix and proof it..Thank you for sharing.

I made these recently. My husband loved the apple filling twist. And the kids loved it. I messed a bit with putting too much apple filling it was like oozing on the side but I was NOT complaining 🤤😅😍THANK YOU TANYA! I want to do it one more time to master it bc my kids like it too

What do you do with the dough if it doesn't rise? Can you use it for something else? It seems like a waste to just throw it away. Also, how do you roll it so neatly? Mine seems to be so messy...lol.
Did it not rise at all? This usually means the yeast is dead/expired or the milk was too hot (killing the yeast), or not warm enough (yeast is not activated). Unfortunately, there's not much you could do with it.
quick question - do you really need that much butter on the dough before you put the filling down? it seems like a lot (and normally i wouldn't care it's just that you know butter is expensive LOL)

This recipe looks really good, and I appreciate that you have a written recipe... however, I do wish that you'd put measurements by weight as well, especially for any yeasted bread recipes. Measurements by cups can be off by so much, and it can totally change the results. So, I'd really appreciate the option of weight measurements as well.

Any day, any time is a good time for these!! :) No, I didn't grease my pan but it wouldn't hurt. I usually just soak the pan to get off any bits.

If you have parchment paper that works especially if the filling leaks out. Makes cleanup easier.
These are soo good! :) You can use a baking spray or butter. I actually prefer parchment paper, which I forgot to use in the video!

I find that both work very well. I don't typically have bread flour at home, so I usually use all-purpose. Enjoy!

I use this amount in all my sweet roll recipes. It will make the dough softer. I recommend adding it.

Yes, fast acting yeast will also work well. Skip the first proofing, just let the dough rest for about 10 minutes so it's easier to roll.

Sorry for the confusion! It's an approximate size; you'll want to shape the dough to about that size.

That's a great question! You can keep them out at room temp for a day, but I do recommend covering and refrigerating for longer storage.
