Gonna be real with you chief, there’s no way I’m caramelizing onions first thing in the morning.
Little cheat I've done is mostly caremelize a batch and just toss them on a pan before I need them to finish them up. Obviously not as good as doing it in one go. But still good!

You can always do the caramelised onions in advance and then just use them when needed.

The "soft scramble style" is perfect for making non-liquid eggs too. Just keep those eggs moving on low heat for at least twice as long.

I have some good news for you my friend. You can caramelise your onions way waaaaay ahead of time, and keeps them in your fridge. They can last almost 1 week, but given how delicious they are, I bet they wouldn't last more than 3 breakfasts. Enjoy 😁

Joshua wakes up everyday at 3 AM so he can make buns, double boil eggs, bake bacon and make mayo so he can enjoy a good breakfast. It only takes until 12 PM I suppose

@@goodfella1605 My man it takes atleast 20 or so minutes to cook the bacon he said himself, then caramelising the onions, making bread dough, cooking the dough, then cooking the eggs. Thats atleast over 30 minutes if you’re making everything at about the same time, and up to an hour

I love how many people complained about why would you caramelize onions and fresh bake bread for each sandwich. Both of those are examples Josh is using of how basic technique and skill can be applied to these recipes among others. Batch making condiments and breads will bring a return on investment for days and weeks. Especially with certain items, where sitting for a while will deepen flavors and make it better.

As delicious as this looks and I really do admire it, there is absolutely no way I'm making this before work in the morning. Plain scrambled eggs with toast is my usual go to because its quick and easy and I dont have to bake my own bread.

I love scrambled eggs (or maybe its more like an omelet I don't know, I usually put some sort of green with onions and sometimes garlic, along with red peppers or some spinach) with baked potatoes ( I chop them into mini squares and roast in the oven at 450) and pickled beets with mayo and relish and ketchup and mustard on the side. My favorite breakfast by far.

Depends on your eating habits. Fat is mostly coming from overeating and lack of exercise. Also a good meal with lots of proteins like this prevents later cravings. You can hold on to it quite long, so no overeating unless you're a food junky.
