I have eaten all the fruit off the cacao seeds and now use the crunchy seeds as cacao nibs. I chop them up raw and place about three chopped up seeds on my oatmeal. It is really good.
Hello how many raw seeds fresh from the pod can I eat or add in smoothies without gettin that high jittery caffeine affect… lately I usually suck the pulp off about 10 seeds and then plant the seeds. I have yet to eat a seed! Thx

Cacao is VERY LOW in caffeine, when compared to coffee. So eating cacao seeds isn't going to give you an overload of caffeine that coffee will.
is unripe cacao safe to eat I ate the fruit but it wasn't ripe didn't taste like anything I also ate the beans
