Those grow well here in South Florida as well. I grow my own Dragonfruit, passionfruit, citrus, grapes, bananas, fig, Jamaican strawberry tree, Barbados Cherry tree, I had a starfruit tree but gave it to my neighbor when it was still young. There are people down here that grow everything from from Soursop to mangosteen too. Avacado and mangoes are common.
This is a wonderful, descriptive summary of these delicious fruits. I have eaten several of them, either here, in the Caribbean, or while traveling through Asia. A really, delicious culinary adventure not to be missed!😊 I saved a Mangosteen seed from Thailand and planted it in my parents garden in Saint Lucia where it grew to a sizeable tree, the sole Mangosteen in Saint Lucia. Sadly, the bats would eat the young fruit on the tree before they had a chance to fully develop and ripen. My parents grew impatient, cutting down the tree after 25 years without having seen or ever tasted a single fruit! So very, very sad! 😢

Thanks for this great informative video! I absolutely love seeing and learning about foods in different cultures. I wish I could try more exotic fruits, but we don't have a ton where I live in the US. We have the more common ones like dragon fruit, star fruit, and tangelos. If you're lucky you can find more exotic fruits seasonally, but only a handful on this list. I've wanted to try the Buddha's hand for a while because I love anything lemony. I've tried yuzu kombucha before and it was the best I've ever had, but it was sadly discontinued. I hope I get to try the fruits on this list because so many sound delicious!

We have many feijoa in New Zealand. It doesn't really taste like pineapple and strawberries. It's got it's own unique taste and texture. It tastes different depending on ripeness, I like it as a juice mixed with grapefruit. We also love dragon fruit here - pink and white. Pink seems to be more available here. It doesn't taste like kiwi at all - it's very mild and slightly sweet tasting. Tree tomatoes/tamarillo are beautiful too, Here they are mostly deep red in colour, with dark seeds. They're my favourite - but so expensive here. We also get kiwano, ugli fruit, yuzu and passionfruit, as they grow here. When I was a kid, we had wild passionfruit growing in the bush behind our house and they were delicious.

I have had Mangosteen in Cali Colombia several times. It is so good I always look for it. My wife is from Colombia and I have tries many different fruits there. The other think I like VERY much is Nadii (Spanish), not sure of the spelling also known as Açaí palm (in Portuguese). I grow local fruit in Michigan but also coffee, passion fruit and lemons (inside in the winter).
V . V . V . Well Researched !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fulllllllllllllllllllll MarkSSSSSSSSSSS
I grew up in the Philippines a lot of these fruits I have tasted, now that I live in California there’s more fruits I can enjoy from South America. I have 2 feijoa trees which I love. Jackfruit we cooked as vegetables when green and ate the sweet succulent ripe ones , my favorite
I must have seeds to all of these fruits😊thank you so much for the amazing share ❤!
Yum! I just ate durian earlier

Marvelous! Mmm wish I could taste them all!
Excellent. thank you
The sour sop looks like a bigger prickly pear which I love.
I've found a lot of these fruits in the Singaporean market, mangosteen, dragonfruit, durian, rambutan, baby jackfruit, jackfruit, soursop, yuzu, starfruit, passion fruit, and custard apple(cherimoya) are the ones in the video.
(I just realised that the queen of fruits(mangosteen) is my favourite fruit while the king of fruits(durian) is probably one of my least favourites.)
Love Exotic fruits ❤
Mee too.
Thank you so very much!
as someone from miami, almost none of these are rare for us

Feijoa and Apple crumble!!!! Mmmmm oh and Feijoa wine!
Thank you for giving me good footage 😘 !
magnificently narrated and done
This was fabulous! So well presented :)
