Kaleigh, thank you for these weight workouts. Each class is really working my muscles. I've read that if we work out with weights, especially seniors like myself, our bodies can look younger and we stay stronger and if we let our muscles get weak, we may not be able to do simple things like getting up off the floor, or have enough balance to walk or shower. Kaleigh has helped me in so many ways and by cycling and using weights, with Kaleigh, I feel younger, have good balance, and feel confident while running errands and gardening and playing with my grandkids. Kaleigh, you inspire me and your energetic and professional classes, plus your fabulous and fun personality, I have changed completely and because of your classes, I wake up each day proud of myself and I can't wait until tomorrow's class.❤❤

I am just a few days post COVID so not lifting my heaviest but with 60 second work periods the burn and shake were real! Yes, even the eyelashes by the end! So so grateful Kaleigh created a strength only calendar for January! Hoping more to come! I love her formats, always changing to keep the body guessing, and her personality. Happy New Year all!
Be careful. Not fear-mongering but it’s risky working out with an active or very recent covid infection. Way more prone to blood clots, heart attack, stroke.

First dumbbell workout I’ve completed since injuring my sciatica in December! I used to lift 5x week, and PT suggested indoor cycling as an alternative. I’ve been doing your spin workouts for a few months now and I thought this program would be the perfect way to get back into lifting safely. Can’t wait to keep at it!!Thank you!!
I’m thrilled to see what the next 12 weeks will bring! I just wrapped up SSSv2, lost weight, toned up significantly, and had a fantastic time doing it. From the start, I was committed to completing every workout, even if it meant taking an extra day to rest and catching up later. And I did it! I’m really excited for this next phase because I’m seeing results both physically and mentally. My endurance, especially over the past 8 weeks, has improved dramatically. Thank you, Kaleigh! You’ve been my workout partner since 2019, and I wouldn’t want to train with anyone else!

Hard to find heavier lifting follow along workouts that are around 30 minutes. Loved following along with this entire plan and Tom’s expertise. Best workout plan I’ve done in years and hope to continue following Tom’s workouts! Thanks from a busy dad of a 1-year-old!
