Whew, the Push-ups always get me, but I got them done. I love-dislike squats, but today squats worked for me. My daughter tells me I must be able to get up off the floor unassisted. Well, I showed her how I do it. My adult kids are watching me. Scary, lol! Kaleigh, working strength with you allows me to stay young and strong. My daughter is coming this afternoon and I want to see her get up off the floor. She doesn't know this, but I'm watching her too, lol. Thank you Kaleigh❤😂❤

I'm 63, have tried many weight training channels on UA-cam, and YOU are my new favorite! Your energy, encouragement, pace and structure of exercises were perfect, in my humble opinion. I know you have the range of weights you use in description - 10 to 25lbs - but would be nice to add what weight you are using with each exercise. Otherwise...fantastic! Thank you
