Definitely an interesting suggestion about leaving the hatch still attached to the hatch struts... everyone else says to remove but this seems like a better idea. :)
So you did one hinge at the time? How about gaskets? I'm getting a leak from the top and I see it drips from the old hinge-bolts. Also, why was it taller on one side?

Always amazed me the glass would take the load from those hinges from all the opening and closing.

Yes I did one at a time and I don't think I have any leaks rn..at least not yet

The driver quarter panel was replaced so it may have been done bad
