thank you so so much. I learnt one of the stretches which was new to me. Was very well paced out with a gentle flow. Truly enjoyed and was very relaxing. Thank you yogi.
I generally like the video and the sequence. I have to say that her tone if voice has a lot of energy for a wind-down sequence. The "woo" and "yay" extras have a lot of higher pitched energy, which is kind of counter productive. Otherwise, good, I like it.
I use this flow every night, most of the time with the video on to listen to. It’s such a soothing way to go to sleep!! Thank you so much. Will you be doing more bedtime yoga videos?

I've been trying different yoga for sleep videos at night and this one's gotta be my favorite. I just closed out of two and had to come back to this one because I love the stretches so much, especially those ones that are good for digestion (I have a lot of tummy issues so it feels so good afterward) I've definitely been able to sleep better lately, and this video helps! Thank you!
@@youaligned The cues are very important to get the poses right and allow me to follow with my eyes closed. However, especially for a bedtime routine, when I am quieting down I find any additional chattering unhelpful.

For me if it is a sleep yoga sequence then the energy should at least match what the video suppose to represent. This inscructor has too much energy for the type of video it is meant for. I am watching viedo to wind down not be full of energy and be talkative afterwards. But hey if I want a video like that I can create my own. Good to see this has helped other people. I am part of the few that did not find relaxation out this video.
I was really looking forward to trying this class but found she chatted way too much and too fast to find it relaxing. I loved the poses though, especially the thread the needle variation, and think it would make a great class for first thing in the morning.
The upbeat music at the end kind of threw off my savasana. I was irritated for a second and had to focus back into it. Other than that and all the talking, it was a good sequence.

I like the sequence but it’s disturbing to hear a lot of talking. I like yoga with less talking and just guiding through the poses.

Great practice, but she talks too much. It's unreal to relax
more of a morning instructor, I'd say. No breathwork, presence, or mediation involved but a nice stretching sequence. Not too deep.
